Staff very helpful and pleasant, decent breakfast, room could have been cleaner, furnishings old and worn, worst thing (which is of course not under the hotel’s control) was the endless very loud street noise, even right through the night. This made it impossible for me to sleep so after two nights I was so exhausted I moved to another hotel even though I had paid in advance for a week. I know this is in no way the fault of the hotel but I have to be able to sleep!

Greeted by a very rude obnoxious boss, after “arranging” airport drop off via email prior to arrival was then told that it’s not possible at all to get a lift to the airport. Not sure why you would reply yes in email then say no in person, especially when the customer is happy to pay. Final billing amount was different to what was quoted, didn’t realise the price quoted and held against credit card only applied for cash payments and that to pay on card it would cost more. Room was loud and housekeeping phone in hallway went off several times before 8am. Wouldn’t stay again.

The crepes at breakfast were good, otherwise everything else was really disappointing, especially given the price. The rooms were old and smelly, the beds were uncomfortable, it was really noisy at night and the whole vibe of the place was off. Maybe my expectations were too high, but after reading the reviews we were hoping for more.

Love the breakfast. Staff is polite abc helpful. We stayed on the 1st floor near the stairs so it gets noisy when guests walk up the stairs.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and great service. Our room was on 4th floor with no elevator, but they did carry our luggage up for us because again they give awesome service there. Also this time we had a mini fridge in our room but didnt before.

I really liked the service from all the friendly and wonderful people working there. I didnt like that i had to pay for ky coke drinks at breakfast when everyone else got free drinks. I also didnt like that they didnt have an elevator and we had to walk up three flights of stairs.
