Built in 2022!
This large luxury1-bedroom suite, the main part of the 4 beds, 3 baths single family house with its own private entrance, is located on a one-acre land harboring the most unique feature of Hawaii Paradise Park in Keaau and offers a real retreat from the busy world. Within a 5 minutes' drive you can sit on the stunning swirling lava-made cliff to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been recently furnished with brand-new amenities: King-size bed with 14" Comfort Memory Foam Mattress, 3-seat super comfy Fabric Sofa, Large Kitchen with all the appliances and cooking wares, 75" smart TV in the living room and 50" smart TV in the bedroom, Large breakfast countertop, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, metal framed full size sofa bed in the living room for an additional person to sleep and many more items.
There is a large, covered patio at the back of the house with brand new solid wood outdoor furniture set where you can relax after a busy day.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but is a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with triple filters and UV filtration system, it is safe to drink.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you may have.
The unit is for registered guest(s) only and has a maximum of 2 people to ensure the best vacation experience. You may be asked to present your ID while checking in.

New, clean and safe!

This space has a lovely kitchen, living room, large bedroom, storage closet, sizable bathroom and large shower. There is a back porch sitting area too.... Two TV's, large fridge, micro, dishwasher......even free laundry within the garage. It met my needs and was wonderful to return to each day. I stayed 8 nights and was sad to see my time there slip away......

Best Find in the Kea’au Area

I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here. The location is perfect for those who want to get out of the city but still be within a short drive of Kea’au and Hilo. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and fully equipped with anything we would need. The king bed was very comfortable and bathroom was more than needed for two people. Our host, Holly, was more than accommodating. She was quick to respond if we had a question about the area or needed something. The property is fully fenced in with an electric gate so security is never an issue. In our many stays at VRBO locations, this one rises to the top as our favorite. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Luxury at its best!

Gorgeous stay close to Hilo!

Our stay here was nothing but amazing. Holly’s place is gorgeous, spacious and perfect for our stay while exploring near the Hilo and Volcanoes National Park. I can not say enough about how amazing this property was. So neat and clean, we did not want to leave. This was a perfect accommodation for us. Very specious one bedroom condo with full kitchen and useful amenities. Very clean, nicely decorated with high quality mattress and bedding. Huge backyard with covered sitting area, ample parking. Good neighborhood, close to stores and downtown. Our host Holly was exceptionally good. Very attentive and quick to response. Easy to interact and connect. We would definitely come back and stay with Holly for longer duration. Highly recommend for future visitors to Hilo. Thank you!

Lovely spacious luxury suite with excellent kitchen

Holly was a good communicator and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Holly's suite was indeed luxurious and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with great shower and shower heads. The kitchen was also fully equiped and allowed us to easily cook and prepare meals. For relaxing, we also appreciated the lanai, as well as the large cable TVs. Thank you Holly!
