The room was great We needed an extra blanket which they dont have in the room They only provide a thin blanket. Also while we were looking for ice the front desk said go to 5th floor or the Bar We went to the bar the man was very rude and just said 5th floor. took him forever just to recognize we were standing there.

Brontë and the other front desk girl were spectacular they saw that I was upset after my visit with my parents and sat and listened to me prattle they were just really spectacular and if I needed anything the made sure I got it.

Always clean and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to many dining options for breakfast & dinner as well as night time entertainment and shopping. Only disappointment is that the pool was cold.
