From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high level of service and the cleanliness of the property. Overall Rating: 5/5 The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance was perfect, and every detail was meticulously taken care of to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. Cleanliness: 5/5 The entire property was impeccably clean. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained throughout my stay. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in pristine condition. The hotel had a very comfortable feel about it, although an older property in need of some updating (which we were told would be happening ready for next year) the general ambience of the hotel was simply lovely. You could have a mountain (morning sun) or sea (afternoon sun) view and the pool and bar was beautiful after a day on the beach! Thank you for a great 10 days at your hotel, we loved every minute of our stay. The hotel's facilities and ambience were just what we wanted and we could not have asked for more friendly and attentive hotel staff from the housekeepers to the hotel manager, and these coupled with the lovely village of Lourdata and it's beach made for a wonderful holiday...the best we have had in many years. We will definitely be back again

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They bend over backwards to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Facilities are limited (it is 2 star) but just what we needed. Close to beach (a few minutes walk) nice pool for small hotel and adequate continental breakfasts.
