Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 800 per week
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.50 per accommodation, per night
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per accommodation, per night
• Administrative fee: EUR 1.5 per accommodation, per night

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: from approximately EUR 10 for adults and from EUR 7 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 45 per person
• Airport shuttle fee per child: EUR 15 (from 2 to 15 years old)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 3.0 per day

• The seasonal pool will open in May and close in September.
• Pool access available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
