Sunny villa is a place, where you can relax with a lot of privacy,with great sea view, gardens and trees around it.The every day official bus to Argostoli is only 50meters from the villa.And its location is 0.25 kms far from the beach of Katelios. The Villa is located just few minutes driving to Kaminia beach, perfect for the children, but in any case close to the main street for Skala (10 min) or Argostoli (30 min) . In the house there is everything you need, it's big enought for 6/7 people also thanks for the two verandas and the garden you can spend a lot of times,for example dinner.

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location

We have just come back from a wonderful 1 week stay at Sunny Coco Mat villa in Katelios. Having stayed in many villas in Kefalonia over the years, this has to rate as one of the best. It is exceptionally clean, bright, airy and comfortable, with excellent facilities. We were given a warm welcome by the host’s family on arrival and there are really useful typed instructions provided for all the facilities. The host, Gerasimos, always responded immediately to any query and was very accommodating on enabling us to check in early and check out at a time to suit us. The 360 degree views around the villa are stunning, with large balconies and verandahs enabling you to enjoy them to the full. Fantastically located just a short walk from the beach, shops and tavernas, yet still very peaceful, I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others and will certainly return in the future. Thank you Gerasimos and your family.
