I arrived in my room late at night to find it was a completely uncleaned room. I was quite shocked to find an unmade bed and dirty towels and glasses in the bathroom. I was provided another room and a restaurant credit, but that still didn’t up for the shock of being given a dirty room.

The rooms were clean, spacious and staff was very friendly fairly close to other things. Definitely lots of shopping nearby. Only pitfall was lack of gluten-free and vegan options but overall great.

The hotel is located close to many dining options and amenities. It is a typical hotel with well trained staff that are accommodating. Clean and organized. A HUGE shoutout goes to Jenn and Taryn at the Vintners for providing excellent service. It is the staff that makes the difference during a stay at a hotel.
