The front staff charged me for the stay even though I paid through Expedia. They confirmed no charges at check out and when I asked for an invoice, told me they couldn't give me one as the invoice was through Expedia. Now I have to chase them for a refund. Walls are thin. There was a baby running and crying in the hallway all night so I didn't get any sleep.
