The communication from the resort was great. They sent message prior to arrival and they were helpful with questions and requests. The waterfront view was beautiful and it was lovely to hear the sound of the moving water from the lake.

The resort is so beautiful. The wellness, massage and facial were amazing. There was wine tasting and yoga that was included. I wasn't able to attend either but nice perk. They should list that on the website. I found the 2 indoor pools cold but hot tubs and steam room were nice. They need to do some upkeep to walls and carpets in hallways. Very stained and scuffed.Still would stay again.

This is NOT a high end resort! The units are way past dated, the furniture was soiled(beyond reasonable) chairs broken and unexceptable. The property does have lots of amenities and the staff were lovely but the units would be 2 star at best. The unit beside me was leaving at the same time and she said the stove only worked on the broil setting and furniture was fit holy and damaged as well. Very sad as I have stayed here a few years ago and it was such an enjoyable experience.

I was disappointed in this hotel, the pictures look nicer than it really is. It needs renovations, carpets are dirty, old wallpaper. This should not be rated 4 star. I give it a 3 star hotel.

The hallways and carpets are stained and disgusting.The rate also you pay for amenities should have off season rate as they are limited in Oct.Room was ok..You are paying for view.
