This three-story townhouse is wonderfully situated on the north side of downtown Ketchum, right on the route of the free shuttle bus that connects you to the slopes. The Sun Valley Pavilion and Ice Rink are only half a mile east, the base of Mt. Baldy is two miles south, and the charming shops, restaurants, apres-ski spots, and recreational outfitters in downtown Ketchum are within a one-mile stroll.
The interior of this lodge-like townhouse is just as special as its setting. At the heart of the home is a magnificent great room with a wood-burning fireplace, plush and plentiful seating, and a two-story wall of windows framing Mt. Baldy in the distance. It's scenery you can also enjoy as you barbecue outside on the deck and gather round the dining room table for dinner. There are two decks with great views.
Throughout the house, you'll find thoughtful elements of design, including a large kitchen with double ovens, a walk-in pantry and laundry room, and a designated office where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi in peace. The four bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - are separated for privacy, with one bedroom on the main floor, two mountain-view bedrooms upstairs, and a bunk room on the lower level with its own TV and lounge space for the kids.

Ski shuttle details: The free local bus will take you to the slopes. Times and pickup locations can be found on www.mountainrides.org.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
