This 3 bedroom plus den/ 4 bath three-story condo located about 5 blocks from downtown Ketchum offers 2394 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 guests. From the ground level entry, there is a full staircase up to the main level on the second story. The main level is the living area with high ceilings that bring in great light, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 8 and has access to a patio with a gas grill and outdoor table that will seat 6. The third bedroom is located on this same level with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. It has its own full-size bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The den has a Queen sofa bed, ceiling fan, and 16-inch TV and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only.
Up a full flight of stairs is the third floor with the master and second bedrooms. The master has a King bed, ceiling fan, 26-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with Eastern views. The master bath is large and spacious with 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and 20-inch flat-screen TV (DVD only). This bedroom has its own full-size bath with a single vanity, sunken tub, and walk-in shower.
Down a flight of stairs from the entry is the garage and laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. There is street-side parking for one or two cars. This condo does not have garage access.
Complex Features: The Timbers condominiums are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, walking distance from shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife. There is an underground parking garage with individual garages for each unit.

If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
