Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliaikaisesti ja meidän yöpymiset näytetään tarkasti. Syötä vain haluamasi päivämä��rät ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

Tuo koko perheesi ja muutama ystäväsi pitkin tätä aurinkoista Floridan huoneistoa, jossa on kanava takapihalla ja jäsen Cabana Clubiin!

Uusi pako on asetettu Key Colony Beachin yhteisöön, ja se on vain muutaman minuutin päässä lempeistä Persianlahden vesistä, ravintoloista, kaupoista ja julkisista puistoista. Sinun takapihalla on 33 metriä yksityistä laituripaikkaa uimiseen ja kalastukseen. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Cabana Clubista pääsee yhteiselle uima-altaalle, ravintolalle / oleskelutilalle ja yksityiselle rannalle!

Istu alas ja rentoudu olohuoneessa, joka johtaa laiturille ja kanavalle, ennen kuin siirryt viihtyisään olohuoneeseen. WiFi, suuri kaapelitelevisio ja luonnolliset näkymät ympärilläsi ovat kaikki viihdettä varten.

Pleasant stay
House was spacious with a good flor plan. Kitchen was very nice and well stocked. Furniture in the living areas could definitely use an upgrade. Bedrooms were all good sized . It was nice to have a half bath on the lower level. Outdoors seating was nice…. Protected from wind and rain. Spent many evenings outside enjoying a cocktail.

Beautiful home in paradise 💙
Spacious modern home, very clean. The location is perfect. On the water in a secluded and friendly neighborhood. So many great restaurants and things to do closeby. The access to the cabana club within walking distance for pool and beach access (as well as great drinks, snacks and a welcoming staff) was a huge plus. We'll be back!

Relaxation
This property was well equipped with plenty of bath and kitchen towels, beach towels. It did say that we had a variety of seasonings however I wouldn't call them seasonings they were spices and by the looks of them we didn't use them. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were great. We had a hard time with all of the light switches as it would have been nice if they were labeled. The BBQ grill had gas but it would not stay lit and that was very annoying. There was plenty of dishes and cups in the kitchen. We would stay there again.

Nice place overall and convenient
Check in, ammentities, space, and cleanliness are all acceptable. However, it states it has capacity for 8 people and the dining table only has 5 chairs. No broom or vacuum inside to clean up with. Overall it was acceptable and nice with seating accomodations to be the exception.

House was very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet . Furniture not the greatest and the listing acted like 10 people could stay. Not possible. We very much appreciated the extras in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Great area with beautiful views
Pros: Great area. Close to everything and quiet. Roomy home with lots of storage and roomy kitchen. Great backyard views and dock front. Wonderful place for the boat. Easy check in and out. Nice neighborhood. Central air conditioning was appreciated. Cons: Needs TLC as prior guests were careless and walls are scarred up and scuffed. No large picnic table in back to enjoy BBQ. Watch out for falling coconuts! We had 4 fall in the week we were there and they could seriously hurt someone. The window coverings are either sheer or non-existent. This was something we are not used to. It’s weird taking a shower with bare windows. Also, privacy is lacking with no window covering in the TV area. Expect to buy everything you need here. No garbage bags at all, limited paper towels, no food wrap, etc. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice place to stay
The property was nice and in a good area. We had a little problem with the unit upon check in and it was handled in 2 hours and done professionally. I would recommend this rental. When management can address your concern and in a timely manner that is huge. Things happen and we can't predict everything but problem solving was done and made a difference. We will stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing time!
We stayed July 5-July 12, we had a great time, beautiful home, great location. We loved the cabana/beach access & we fished in the back canal. We left fishing poles (we flew) so we hope someone else can enjoy them!

Holidays at Key Colony
The house was great for two families and the cabana club was amazing! Would not do it again without access to that spot. I do wish the house had more items prepared for visitors like typical VRBO/Airbnb. For example we had to go out and purchase additional toilet paper. While this would not have been a big deal there were also only 2 garbage bags and limited dish soap. We like to keep a clean kitchen and there was one sponge, no dish towels and no paper towels. There were not individual trash cans in each bedroom. These are simple easy fixes. There was a house broom but not an outdoor broom to sweep the deck or walk. We also didn’t hVe access to a vacuum to tidy up. With 4 kids and 4 adults we would have kept it cleaner if we could have. On the last day we found a hairdryer in the half bath on the lower level. We thought the house didn’t have one. Hairdryers should be in every bathroom with a shower. It’s also time to replace the shower curtain in the guest bath upstairs. If possible also add a head board in the guest bedroom. The TV operation needs some sort of direction. We were there on NYE and could not get the front TV to work at all and the other one was in Spanish and not in HD. These are all very minimal things and suggestions. We loved our time and would go back. We just know now what to be more prepared for. (Loved the smell of the awesome lilac bush in the back yard in the evening!)

Best Vacation Ever! GORGEOUS
I use VRBO alot. We took a family vacation to the Keys for the first time. I have to say Key Colony Beach is the best location. House was absolutely gorgeous. All brand newly decorated. Highly recommend. The private Cabana Club was one of the best places to go. Inground Pool, private beach, luncheonette. The view every morning out on the Porch was great. 3 bedrooms 3 baths. 3 living room areas. Plenty of space. Gorgeous Galley style kitchen. Love love love everything. Curlys rented kayaks for couple of days. Great time. Thank you.Even donated a fishing pole beach towels and snorkels for the next family. Cannot wait to come back. Great neighbors. Best vacation and location. Thank you.

Very Convenient
Nice, clean home. Truly felt relaxed. Close to all stores, whether grocery, tackle, or CVS/Walgreens. Approx 1 HR to Key West and is central for everything. House was awesome. Lights on porch didn't work and insides ones had lots of switches to choose from! Washing machine can be a little loud due to balance sensor going out. However those two things are very minor to the comfort, cleanliness, and overall pleasure of staying here. We will be back!!!

Beautiful home & location
We just got back from our week in this home. Its beautiful and the location is perfect. I love that there are multiple areas in the home for people to hang out and that the laundry machine is upstairs by the bedrooms. The kitchen was perfectly equipped - even with spices to grill. The highlight of our trip was a manatee coming up to the dock while we were drinking our morning coffee. Here are a few constructive suggestions to make this a top notch 5 star stay. I know some of these seem petty but when paying north of $3000 for a week I feel these little things could easily be fixed and help the company make this a perfect stay. 1. When we arrived the back porch was covered (literally covered) in bird droppings. The management company had it cleaned up within 24 hrs. but I feel this should have been addressed before we came. 2. The propane tank was not full...again they addressed it within 24 hrs but I feel it should have been full at the start of the week. 3. The game closet was a complete mess...someone had over turned every puzzle and game in there. Again, not that big of a deal but should have been seen before we were there. 4. The kids' bedroom has shear panels and faces the east...sun was shinning bright in there by 6am 5. Bedding - one of the twin beds was missing a top sheet. The house could also use some blankets - we could only find the top quilts and sheets that were on the beds - no extra bedding was provided (no bedding for the couches if we had someone staying on it...but we did not). Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Key Colony Duplex on Canal
Very clean and comfortable home for three generations. Vacasa incredibly responsive to minor issues encountered. This was our eighth year in Marathon and second on Key Colony. Highly recommend this property. So far, have never repeated a property when visiting the Keys, but this might be the exception!

Good Stay
Eight of us stayed last week of June 2018. The house porch and dock area are great. Some of the kids had to sleep on blow ups. Overall it is a very nice place. Somethings need to be addressed the ice maker didn't work need dish rags and towels for kitchen and somebody needs to go through and check all the lights many missing bulbs and not working. The property manager was very responsive and addressed are concerns thankyou. In conclusion I would stay again.

Lovely place, great location.
The beds were very comfortable and the place was really nice overall. Kitchen not as well equipped as advertised. No espresso machine, no coffee grinder, no cookie sheets, limited cooking pots and serving utensils. Very nice shaded porch.
