Property was clean only thing i didn't like was the pool water temperature is was way to hot and the fees that get added on when checking in i didn't want the destination amenities and was forced to take it which was another 100 dollars added on to my bill which i didn't appreciate

Hi the lobby is very nice !! The room service is great and fast we didn’t miss anything. The rooms are not well isolated and the air conditioning is extremely Loud the rollaway bed comfortable but squeaky . Also the sofa bed only fits one person . So we had to order the rollaway bed for 20$ a night because the king room doesn’t fit 4 people . The shuttle service is a nice plus . The breakfast area is very crowded their was long lines even to toast the bread they only had one toaster and they weren’t replenishing fast.

The breakfast buffet ran out of food, was messy, had seating but the tables weren’t clean, and ran out of creamer, which they said they’d have the next day. Desk people were rude and not helpful. Surprise fees for each day which includes (not alcoholic), water (that you can get from the desk) and Pepsi products and nothing else we liked. Far away from Duval, has shuttle but times aren’t convenient. Don’t stay, not worth it!!!!
