Boasting tranquil surroundings with convenience to all the action on Duval St. these accommodations are sure to impress on your unique island journey. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Marvel over the rich, historic charm blended with coastal inspired decor among the enchanting mansion. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the colorful views all around. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located up on the 2nd floor balcony, this spacious king suite comes equipped with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Open a set of French doors from your room to a bright, breezy sundeck with plenty of loungers for soaking up the blissful island weather. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room so you can enjoy the serene surroundings before getting ready for the day!

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Take advantage of the prime location by strolling into town at your convenience after you've had plenty of time to unwind by the shimmering, shared pool.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was like a home away from home. Super clean. Convenient location- close to everything but just far enough away. Didn't feel like you were on a main road. Mostly quiet & calming atmosphere. Would stay again!!

We stayed for a week at this location. It was comfortable, walking distance to a local gym, beach and of course Duval street. Pool was nice and the property was very clean. It was nice to get to know our neighbors as well.I will definitely be back.

Brought my girlfriend here for suprise getaway. Place was great! Super clean, easy to get around. Beautiful grounds and close enough to strip but far enough as well. Really had no interactions besides cleaning lady. Would definitely go back, very romantic and quiet venue

Clean, accomodating & pretty solid location

Parking was almost always available for us, they had a shower in the lobby you can use after check out if you have a late flight, pool is very small but its a nice little outdoor area and a lot of places probably dont even have a pool anyway. We said we would stay here again. Only thing i didnt like was that theres no housekeeping to changd the sheets and towels

Beautiful place in a convenient location.

What a great stay we had here! The property is within walking distance to the sights, and is beautiful, clean and well maintained; a nice quiet respite after a busy day. We enjoyed the heated pool, which was super clean and a perfect temperature after a hot day, and the use of the well-supplied kitchen with its amenities was a plus. Communication prior to our stay was excellent, including that with the concierge who made suggestions on what to do in the area and offered to book reservations for restaurants and excursions. Thank you for a lovely, memorable stay! We would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Quaint lodging in a good location

Really quaint property with a nice swimming pool to enjoy after being out in the sun. Room was large but the bathroom was tight. Our room had a window AC unit that was quite loud. Our shower would bounce between hot and cold water. Overall, a nice 3 star property in walking distance to pretty much everything.

Only issue was that a person sat at the table right next to our window and we heard the entire conversation at 6:30 AM…. Preferred to sleep a bit later while on vacation. Other than that it was a very nice place.

An enjoyable stay for novice travelers

We really liked being centrally located, making it easy for us first-timers to the Conch Republic to experience much of Old Town's offerings. The pool in the backyard was a great place to chill while the upper deck was a fun place to watch the incoming air traffic during the day. The off-street parking was a nice bonus. We'd definitely stay again, and would bring friends and family so we'd be more likely to enjoy the plentiful downstairs common areas. Recommended!
