"FlipFlop Inn" on kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy koti (jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma yksityinen täysi kylpyamme), joka sijaitsee ylellisellä aidatulla turvallisella Coral Hammockin yhteisöllä. Perusteet ovat kauniisti maisemoituja ja niissä on suuri yhteisöallas ja kuntosali. Kaksi pysäköintipaikkaa sisältyy myös vuokraukseen. Olemme ihanteellisella paikalla meripeninkulman 5 kohdalla, joka on vain 10 minuutin hyppy Key Westin keskustaan, Duval St, ja kaikki toimet. Key Westin golfkenttä on suoraan kadun toisella puolella, ja siellä on vähintään kolme ravintolaa ja CVS kävelymatkan päässä kodista. Kutsun sinut tulemaan yöpymään "Flip Flop Inn" -hotellissa, taatusti lisäävät vuosia elämääsi!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lower Keys Medical Center. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja kuntosalin. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Key West Trip
Dave’s house was comfortable, clean and in a safe and clean community. We especially appreciated the large and heated pool as well as Dave’s recommendations for local restaurants and venues. Though the adjacent freeway traffic was ever-present, it was not terribly noticeable. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dave’s house for a family stay.

Son stationed in Key West so we joined him 🙂
We liked the house. The kitchen was great. We could tell it was recently updated and it was nice. The house was clean. I’m not complaining but we all talked about the house and the one thing everyone agreed on was the towels were, well, bad. We chuckled a lot about it because we’re easy going, but we all agreed we would invest in decent towels and linens in general if it were our place. Other than that, the information was great, and the house was in a good location. Property manager had great restaurant suggestions!

Overall we had a fabulous stay. The space was perfect for our six adults and two kids, the AC blew cold for relief from summer heat, and there were plenty of delicious food options nearby. My family thanked me multiple times for the great find. We would definitely stay there again!

Fun visit to Key West!
Great rental, good location just a short hop to downtown. The pool, stocked kitchen, and common space to hang inside and outside made it perfect for our group. We encountered a couple of minor issues that Dave quickly jumped on - and he even left us some donuts for our troubles. Would definitely consider it again next time we're in Key West!

Location good, Cleanliness terrible…
Contacted host after a few days about some issues with the unit. Overall cleanliness, it was terrible. Could not walk around without feet getting dirty on the floor and carpet (the floor in the kitchen living room needs to be mopped not just vacuumed, carpet could use a cleaning). The sofa sleeper was in disrepair, the mattress cover was tattered with holes and stained. The mattress itself was worn out, and the mattress support frame was held together with zip ties(could not use as a sleeper for an adult). Lots of trash and debris under the sofa sleeper not to mention dead cockroach. The tray storage under the stove is full of food debris, one of the drawers in bathroom the bottom has fell out. The refrigerator/freezer doors do not close properly (you have to lift the freezer door up to close). Only one of the 6 lights in the master vanity was working, not to mention the light at the top of the stairway is out and the little temporary light that stuck to the wall does not work, which is a safety issue. There are numerous other issues and have pictures to support. With a weekly rate that you charge, no matter where the location you should expect maintenance to be kept up. If host wants to reach out to me, I will gladly send the pictures. Overall, would not recommend at this price due to the cleanliness until the owners have corrected issues. Also noticed in other reviews that cleanliness was an issue. Maybe they should spot check so renters don’t have to write a bad review.

expecting more for the cost
We were disappointed that paying over $600 per night and there wasn't even any soap in the bathrooms. If you were to put any money into the house, i would suggest energy and sound proof windows as you can hear everything that goes down US1
