J’ai réservé une chambre de 26m2 avec3 lit chambre attribuée 16 m2 avec 4 lits . J’ai demandé des explications et on m’ a répondu que toutes les chambres étaient de même taille.Étant membre platinium j’avais le droit à une bouteille de vin offerte lors du séjours qui m’a été refusée en me disant qu’ils ne connaissaient pas ebookers!! Personnel incompétent superficiel et désagréable, prix exorbitant pour une sorte d’ auberge de jeunesse cadre sympathique avec du potentiel
