Pools were cold but staff said they are heated despite people standing shivering in them. Charge 25.00 per day for parking which just feels like a money grab on top of the 50.00 day resort fee and they threaten to charge if you go past two hours of use of kayaks bikes etc the very things your resort fee pays for. We paid over 600.00 for one night as it was thanksgiving weekend, 317.00 for Friday night so it just felt like every time we turned around we were being nickel and dimed. Over rated resort from our perspective

Beautiful property the shuttle service was amazing. Food was very good but prices were high. They needed more affordable appetizers. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again.

The management and staff at this resort are absolutely superb. We had an issue where we lost our only vehicle key while out on the water. They were able to accommodate us an additional night while waiting for the extra key to be shipped via FedEx but delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Claudine, Sophia, Frantz, Patrick, and of course Mike the dock master are incredible members of the Oceans Edge management and service team. This resort is your ideal retreat for a getaway to the Keys…

Nice but roaches!
The hotel itself is in a sketchy area but was actually really nice. My issue is my room had roaches. We ordered pizza, they immediately were inside our pizza box on the table in the room, they were on the night stand by the bed, they were in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they simply apologized. This room cost way too much to be afraid of roaches, I am still hoping none came back home with us!

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! Checking in the front desk was very informative and helpful. The room was absolutely wonderful the bed was comfortable the shower was roomy the balcony views were exceptional! The food and service at the Yellowfin Restaurant was top notch we never had a bad meal or experience with food or staff everyone smiles and makes you feel at home and part of the island community! 11/10 recommend and will be back again.

The customer service was second to none. Awesome resort
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at oceans edge. I like how it is quaint and relaxing. On the other hand, the shuttle makes it easy to go downtown where all the business is happening. When i return to Key West i plan to stay with Oceans Edge.

Wonderful resort!
Return visit and loved it just as much as our first time in 2021. Some staff was the same and lovely to see them again. Property is clean, safe and quiet. Only complaint was that we had to wait an hour after check in time for our room to be ready.

Best place ever. I will say that partial ocean view is first floor but the view of the marina is beautiful. The boats are beautiful too. Everyone is so nice. The Yellow fin restaurant is expensive but that’s because it’s convenient. Loved our stay and we will be back.

Excellent suite, pools, grounds. Close to downtown but far enough that it was quiet. Impeccably clean. The only drawback was the expensive parking and daily resort fees. 9.5/10!
