Near downtown and ample parking.
This is a nice hotel, not expensive. Room was clean and very large. Had a balcony with two small chairs too. Rooms are well maintained and plenty of toiletries. There is a lift to the upper floor where we stayed. Nice small pool and heated. The photo makes it look large and cars are parked in the same area. The breakfast is plentiful and there is an omlet station for hot food. Reception Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, especially Simona.

Good: location, parking, friendly staff Bad: - horrible bed making it impossible to sleep. Owner too cheap to replace mattresses, I guess. - no curtain, making it like day light inside. Again, I suppose that curtains would be too expansive. - Hidden $50 extra fee, yet this is not a resort that would warrant that (no gym, minuscule pool, no restaurant, no bar, minimal breakfast). - Lack of an exercise room is unacceptable for a hotel that size. Again, greedy owner prefer packing a few extra rooms instead to maximize profit. Essentially this place ended up ruining our trip. Avoid!

Very cute property not far from Duvall Street. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful making recommendations for dining options. We had a nice breakfast poolside with personally made omelets. Comfortable beds, clean large shower and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The inn was extremely clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only real negative was the lighting system in our room. You needed to turn on the main switch to turn on the lights in the bathroom (wc) and vanity area which also turned on the two high hats over the tv across from the bed. This meant that you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on the lights across from the bed, waking the person sleeping there.
