Anniversary Stay.
The location is wonderful. The pool area is like an oasis from the craziness on Duval but if you choose to participate you are only seconds away from the bars and festivities that key west is known for. The real benefit of this property was GG, the lady who worked the desk. She was there for our every need. She helped us move to a room closer to our friends. And helped us to find dining and entertainment and also helped us find a place to renew our wedding vows. She truly made our vacation complete.

We had the Jasmine suite, which was cozy and had a nice deck with a hot tub. Parking was convenient. We were able to walk to everything. We didn’t use the pools, but they looked nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Charming setting in a beautiful place. Very quaint and private feeling even in the middle of town! Lovely pool and fabulous breakfast under the tiki hut. Definitely recommend

Was very pleasantly surprised after I read some reviews by naysayers. Room was clean and spacious (tv, though, on a small scale) but the checkin was thorough, quick, informative and the people at the front desk (dealt a lot with Emma) were eager to please. Free parking a bonus, the free morning continental breakfast was very thorough, pool was nice and the location (didnt need to drive anywhere) couldnt be beat.

Wicker Guesthouse is a very eclectic, older property located right off Duval Street. Check-in is on Duval and we had to call to for access to the office, but GG showed up quickly and was just a hoot! Our unit was ready early despite a late check-out before us and we got right in. The property is spread out over two blocks and there is adequate reserved parking on the surrounding streets. There are two pools--one one each block--and a hot tub in the courtyard. The continental breakfast was a nice plus. The units all seem to be different and each has its own charm, but this is not a modern property. Some units are off the street while others are on or overlook the courtyards. Our unit was the smallest--a converted attic space with sloping low ceilings--but also the least expensive and certainly adequate for our one-night stay. A/C is via window units so there is that noise all the time. There's a real labyrinthine feel that made the property seem much larger than it really is. For old town Key West, this place completely fits in, is centrally located, was reasonably priced and a lot of fun--we would stay at Wicker Guesthouse again!
