The grass was overgrown, overwatered and swampy for walking dogs. Dog stations out of bags. Ice machine on 1st floor out of ice (this is my 2nd stay that this happened). We were allowed to check in early which was nice. Coffees were inadequate for 2 adult guests (total of 3)?

The room was nice. Excellent views. The bad. There was no restaurants open at the facility. Which is the reason we booked for our anniversary. They accepted reservations for the bistro restaurant as advertised and when we got there it was closed. They advertised and even had a brochure for room service... no room service. We went down for breakfast in the cafe in the morning...closed. if we are going to pay top dollar for a nice hotel they should provide what they advertised on their website.

The night shift frint desk was not very helpful, although the day shift was great. We love our little gift bag!! Having our room on the first level by the pool and spa was wonderful. Also great to be able to take our dog out on the path. Lovley stay.

Great location, very good condition, amenities, clean room, and young lady at the front desk (from Joliet, IL) was so helpful, after a long day full of motorcycle riding in the mountains we was so exhausted that she had to explain everything 3 times. She was extremely patient and showed us her beautiful smile during the whole process!
