This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a two queen beds and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. It features vaulted ceilings, kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, two living rooms, private laundry, and heated garage. Recently installed new appliances, flooring in two of the bedrooms, and new carpeting on the stairs!
The private balcony offers beautiful mountain views, while the patio backs to treed space offering serene sounds of the stream rushing by during the Summer. Enjoy the quiet location or take advantage of the nearby shuttle and be anywhere in the resort within minutes. This property is walking distance to the shared pool, 2 hot tubs and scenic walking trails.

Upon arrival, guests can park one car in the heated garage and not have to worry about the elements. There is one additional parking space in the driveway. The entryway can be accessed via the front door or the garage and offers plenty of space to unload, including a closet with hangers, and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The first floor also features a spacious living area with a Roku tv, board games, DVD player + DVDs, sectional couch, and a full guest bathroom with a shower.

On the second level, guests can cook and socialize with ease in the full kitchen, with new refrigerator and breakfast bar seating for three. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and granite countertops. Behind the breakfast bar is the dining room table which seats six, accompanied by floor-to-ceiling windows and treed views. Next to the dining room is the living room, featuring a mounted TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings, and access to the private patio with grill.

The second level also features two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a private balcony with mountain views. This bedroom includes an Apple TV, a dresser and a closet. Across the hall from this bedroom is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. At the back of the hallway, you'll find a second bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, extra blankets, and a spacious closet.

Up the stairs to the third level, you'll find the main bedroom and a loft with a desk area that overlooks the living room. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a jetted tub, standing shower, double vanity, and separate toilet room.

Pets are NOT allowed on this property. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and you will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is broken.

Meh, the home was disappointing!
We stayed in this home over Christmas break. We as a family were excited to stay here from what we saw in the pics. Unfortunately at one time this home probably looked like the pics but that is no longer the case. The best way to describe this home is “beat up”! The carpet was stained and dirty, the blinds in the home were broken and the cords were tangled so that you couldn’t use them to move up/down or tilt, the master shower head was clogged, the shower handle was falling off, the toilet door wouldn’t close, the radiator’s were dented and missing pieces, remotes for the TV’s were missing, the blankets were dirty with other guests hair all over them, we found dirty socks from previous guests under the bed but in site, light bulbs were burnt out, the garage was filthy with dried mud all over the floor, the garage was tough to park in because there’s a treadmill right in the way. I’m sure I’m forgetting some things but I think you get the point. There was no pride of ownership here, just a rental! I did contact the management company but they never stopped by to fix shower handle or replace light bulbs. I also asked them to contact the owner to find out where the remotes are for the master tv but I never heard back from them. The complex itself was nice and this home was close to the ski shuttle bus but the home was far from the pool and hot tub clubhouse. We as a family still had a nice trip in spite of these issues! I’d recommend Settler’s Creek but not this home!

Great Townhouse in Keystone
We had a great family getaway in this sweet townhouse in Keystone. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the slopes, as well as attractions in Dillon and Frisco. The townhouse is three stories, with the entrance, garage, laundry room, TV room, and full bath on the ground floor; kitchen, dining, living, two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor; and a nice master suite upstairs. There were a couple things that came up during our stay, but didn't ruin things for us. Although the place was mostly clean, we kept finding traces of other guests, like candy wrappers, popsicle sticks, and used coffee stirrers around the house. These things are easy to overlook for a cleaning crew, but not so pleasant to come across in a rental place. There were a couple of repairs needed: the master toilet door does not stay closed, which was annoying, and the doors to both the front and back porches did not lock. Also, we were there for four nights, and there weren't enough garbage bags to last the whole time. Garbage needs to be taken to a central dumpster in the complex, so if you don't like dragging garbage bags around in your car, keep that in mind. Overall, lovely place, great location, great price.

Excellent Stay
This place was more than excellent for our weeklong stay. Our group consisted of adults, a teenager, a toddler, and an infant and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the process was smooth and the unit was clean and welcoming. We had no major issues during our stay, except when we thought we had locked ourselves out (our fault) after hours! Called management and they were friendly and very willing to get someone out to help us, although we ended up getting in and not needed them to come. We utilized the grill provided with the unit, which was nice not having to go to a common area. We also enjoyed listening to the mountain creek that runs just outside the backdoor while cooking! Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing retreat
We just loved this place. It's a large space with lots of room. There was just two of us so more than we really needed but this place just screamed relaxing and peaceful. The decor is just what we enjoy and there really wasn't anything that didn't work for us. Great kitchen, dining and living room with a nice stone fireplace. The master on the top floor felt very private from neighbors allowing us to have the windows open in the evening to enjoy the sounds and breezes. There is a stream in the back yard which is just fantastic to listen to while on the back patio or through the open windows. We had one small snafu with the entry key when we first arrived ( it was our mistake) which required us to reach out to maintenance for help. Here is where a great place can either make or break. They were amazingly fast at taking our call then sending someone to the property to assist us. Anthony could not have been more polite and helpful. In fact all communications with the management company were simple and polite. This is a great home to relax in and use as a base for getting out to the many trails and activities in the area. We looked forward to returning to the home each time we left.

Location, Location, Location!
High points: The property sits among beautiful pines and had an active stream in the back in June. Great views from the main floor. Master bed comfort was first rate. Low points: Kitchen is sparsely stocked. Minimal area available for backyard usage. Property was only partially clean upon arrival. Under-staffing of property management company delayed the resolution of several maintenance issues. Overall impression: Nice, quiet location with comfortable living areas and easy access to Keystone attractions. Needs a little TLC.

Perfect gem of a place!
On our way home today we were talking about how great this property is! We almost hate to tell people because we want to come back soon and not have competition, but it's too good not to give it a good review! It feels like you're in the woods, in a secluded cabin, but it's close to the slopes, food, and anything you'd need! A cozy fireplace, and enough separation between the rooms to give our teenager space, but keep us close to our toddlers. Just perfect for our family!
