The hotel had closed down at our arrival. That is one year earlier before arrival, in 2019.

raag goed na of ze wel open zijn
We hadden hier gereserveerd en betaald voor verblijf maar dan blijkt het hele resort nog niet open te zijn. Heel lastig om vanuit die plek dan weer een ander verblijf te moeten organiseren. Daarnaast reageert niemand dan op je klacht bij hotels.com. Bellen wordt een dure gelegenheid dus dat stel ik uit tot bij thuiskomst. zou in ieder geval wel mijn geld terug willen hebben van hotels.com
