Quality new hotel
Very enjoyable stay. Staff are great. Wi-fi drops out a lot which is not convenient. Room is very good. Location has Tops supermarket next door and places to eat. Hotel food is really good but wine is overpriced so could not enjoy. Rooftop bar has the best views over khon kaen.

Beautiful place, unfortunately a bit of a musty smell in our room at times. The lift situation walking through restraunt is different but you get used to it. Room service a bit pricy for what it was, cold toast and crossiant basket, but was impressed with dining at night. Staff were friendly and overall would return.

Very modern designed hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gym equipment very good. Although room was nicely appointed we didn't like the bed. It had a large frame but king size mattress didn't cover all of it. Thought it was dangerous with sides of frame exposed on each side We both knocked our legs when getting in and out of bed. Not good for elderly people.Also no wardrobe available.

Booked hotel as I know the area and wanted to relax, reacquaint with my family in a higher end hotel. I was not disappointed. Service was excellent from all sections of staff, rooftop pool area with skywalk was clean, well maintained and has good views over the city. As I arrived late in the evening I only used the restaurant for breakfast and the quality /options of food for local and international travellers was very good.
