you have reserved economy room. economy room differs from other rooms because it is a bit smaller. I think it's better if you choose room type before make reservation. about full board: it would be much better if you say this at our hotel. as I remember it was 15:00 when you came in our hotel, it was too late for lanch, but anyway i asked you about it, and you say that you need dinner at 19:00. in the morning you have had breakfast and after that you cheched out. I always try to do my best for our guests. when you come next time we will rectify this misunderstanding and for you we will reserve suite/lux in the price of standard room.
