Welcome to our Our Maui Condo! ʻIKE KAI means "OCEAN VIEWS". This wonderful one bedroom, two bath, ground floor condo with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS will satisfy even the most discriminating visitor.

Our condo is located on the sought after lower portion of the Wailea Ekolu Village complex. It features UPDATED FINISHES throughout. Recent upgrades include new floors and kitchen appliances. From the fully stocked kitchen and king-size master retreat, EVERY AMENITY HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMFORT. New living room/dining room furniture, full size washer/dryer and more. Also included are the following:

• FREE and secure highspeed internet
• Living room TV with DVR and streaming apps!

If you're traveling with infants or small children, no need to bring all of your supplies. We work with a great company that will deliver cribs, seats, toys, accessories to our home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave (you pay rental company directly).

Three fantastic shopping centers, including The Shops at Wailea, with world class dining and shopping are just a short stroll from our condo. The Wailea Beach Walk promenade and its spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for an early morning stroll or to catch a Maui sunset. Just a two minute drive and you can chose from Wailea Beach’s five pristine beaches from Polo Beach to Keawakapu.

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out is available for ½ the nightly rate +tax up to 7:00pm (available from May-October only so please plan accordingly)

Great Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wailea. The condo is in a nice location, easy to walk to beaches, the Shops at Wailea, restaurants, etc. The condo is nicely updated with stainless appliances and renovated bathrooms. The communication from Laurie was great - we followed her restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. I was worried the public beaches would not have parking but it was never an issue. I recommend the condo and would stay there again.

Beautiful pocket of Maui
We had a wonderful stay at Ekolu village! The condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and right above the pool! All the pictures are accurate to what we experienced! Great set of shops just below the condo with fabulous coffee! The condo is walking distance to some beaches but we had our bub so often drove to local beaches within 10-15 minutes. The property manager Emily was very clear with instructions, sent through recommendations and was very clear with communication. We definitely come back if we return to Maui!!

Great views!
The view from the lanai at breakfast and sunset was spectacular. Condo is updated and the layout is good for a couple. Nice decor. Wailea is an upscale area with many nice hotels, retail stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the proximity to Wailea Tennis Club and the Beach Walk.

The apartment blew us away, it was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed and way more! The view as everyone said was gorgeous and we made it our little routine to watch a sunset from the balcony every night :) the bed was comfortable and the washer and drier were new and extremely helpful. I would come back without any hesitation, perfection!

Perfect Wailea condo
The condo was the perfect location, looking out over the blue Pacific. Quiet complex, close to the pool. I appreciated the short distance to the many beaches nearby. Our flight landed early and our host was able to accommodate an early check in, which allowed us to unpack and go grocery shopping. We had everything we needed at the condo, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day excursions. Overall, great vacation-lots of communication from host and team prior to vacation. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful escape from reality
Lovely condo and great location to enjoy Wailea. Just a bit challenging if you arrive here after dark. Street signs are not illuminated and difficult to find. But just remember to turn opposite the Residence Inn sign and then also the street you turn on says "Dead end" but you will turn right before the dead end. Otherwise it was perfect!!!

The VIEW. THE VIEW. THE VIEW! And all the needed amenities! Comfortable King bed was perfect! 2 bathrooms/2 TV’s/2 slider doors to the VIEW! Plenty of dishes/glasses! Excellent Condo
The place is very nice, and we had a great time staying there. It is newly remodeled and has everything you need from kitchen amenities to beach chairs and an umbrella; all in good condition. The location is excellent – you can watch the sunset and whales on the horizon. You can easily walk to the Wailea Shops area, and it is a pleasant walk. So hard to leave!
Wailea Ekolu is the perfect place to spend a Maui vacation. Close to all Maui has to offer but in a very peaceful environment. It’s so relaxing to sit on the lanai to watch whales and enjoy amazing sunsets. Easy walking to beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping centers. Great and helpful communication from the host. We just left and can’t wait to come back!

Great Space in Maui
We enjoyed our stay and immediately felt at home. Laurie's responsiveness was quick and we did not encounter any issues. We have stayed in the area before and love this location. Coming back to Maui is always a blessing and this place was a wonderful addition to our holiday. The view is beautiful as described and everything is within walking distance. Thanks to Laurie and Glenn for sharing their home. Maui is open for tourists but they want respectful visitors as they are still healing mentally. We had an amazing stay for our 1 year anniversary! This place offers everything you could need with spectacular views & amazing comfort. Everything is within close proximity! The Lanai views for sunset were incredible! No need to leave the condo to see the best views! The bed was so comfortable that we both woke up thinking we were at home! The AC was cold & cooled things down quickly when we arrived back at the condo after being away at the beach. We had everything you needed for the perfect beach day! Chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. Having 2 bathrooms is a great perk when on vacation too! Laurie was easy to reach even though everything was perfect & we didn't need her while at her condo. The extra attention to details in the condo were great! We will definitely return next year to stay again!

Honeymoon paradise
My husband and I loved staying in this condo in Wailea for 10 days for our honeymoon last month. We unfortunately had to move our accommodations from Lahaina to Wailea due to the fires. We were thoroughly pleased with the location, views and all that the condo has to offer. The condo is huge with two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on our lanai for breathtaking sunsets. The condo is in walking distance of some shops, restaurants and beaches and we even walked to our luau at the Marriott so we didn’t have to worry about driving! The beach chairs and umbrella provided by the condo is a nice touch as well as the Hawaiian coozies and snacks! Laurie was so kind to send me tons of recommendations for dining and activities in the area which helped a lot! We were also granted a later check out due to having a night flight which allowed us to be able to enjoy the beach on our last day and be able to shower before heading to the airport. We wish Maui weren’t so far away from the east coast, but we will be back! We enjoyed it so much we came home with a honeymoon baby! Thank you for an amazing trip, Laurie!!
