Welcome to Our Maui Condo where Hoʻokipa means "hospitality"! You're sure to enjoy our Wailea Ekolu home and the Maui sunsets with SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS of Molokini and the neighboring island of Kahoolawe.

Our condo is located on the ground floor of the HIGHLY DESIRED building #3 of Ekolu Village and includes the following:

• FREE local and long distance calls to the US mainland Canada & Mexico.
• FREE and secure highspeed internet
• SMART TV including streaming apps NETFLIX, HULU, AMAZON and more!
(Must have your own account for each company to login).
• Bedding & Bathroom supplies: linens, beach towels, bath towels
• Kitchen supplies: paper towels, dish soap/sponge, trash bags,
• Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, tissues, iron/board
• A/C in living room and bedroom

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out is available for ½ the nightly rate +tax up to 7:00pm (available from May-October only so please plan accordingly).

Located on the 10th hole of the championship Wailea Blue Golf Course, our 1 bedroom/2 bathroom air conditioned condominium boasts all the comforts of home. It includes stylish furnishings inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled with new appliances and granite cabinetry and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Full size washer/dryer.

The lanai beckons for breakfast in the morning, afternoon cocktails, or dinner with beautiful sunsets while you enjoy fabulous ocean views and ONE OF THE FEW UNITS IN EKOLU WITH A LANAI THAT LEADS OUT TO A LARGE OPEN GRASSY AREA.

Fully stocked kitchen with all of the amenities of home include:

Ekolu Village boasts 18 acres of tropical landscaping and breathtaking ocean views. There are two pools on-site for your enjoyment. Charcoal barbecues and picnic area are just a short walk from the condo affording more spectacular ocean views while you dine.

Charcoal BBQ picnic areas are scattered throughout the complex to take advantage of the spectacular ocean views that Wailea Ekolu Village affords.

If you're traveling with infants or small children, no need to bring all of your supplies. We work with a great company that will deliver cribs, seats, toys, accessories to our home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave (you pay rental company directly).

Three fantastic shopping centers, including The Shops at Wailea, with world class dining and shopping are just a short stroll from our condo. The Wailea Beach Walk promenade and its spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for an early morning stroll or to catch a Maui sunset. Just a two minute drive and you can chose from Wailea Beach’s five pristine beaches from Polo Beach to Keawakapu.

If it's golf that interests you, the Wailea Golf Club is among the world’s greatest golf destinations with its championship Gold, Emerald and Blue courses. Enjoy a discounted rate for Wailea guests.

The absolute best view and location at this quaint condo. It was the perfect place to relax and just a short walk to the shops, beach, restaurants and resorts. We had an amazing time and although we a small problem with some bugs, the owner did everything she could to fix the issue and moved quickly and checked on regularly to ensure all was well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to come again!

Delightful!
The view was magical. We were very pleased with everything! Laurie was so kind and very responsive to all our needs. So was Mark, the maintenance manager. Loved the location as it was nice and quiet. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We stayed a whole month, and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. It was so delightful to have dinner on the lanai each night while watching the most beautiful sunsets. Thanks so much, Laurie!

The Absolute Best!
Wonderful property in Wailea. We have stayed in other units in this beautiful complex, and this is now our favorite. Laurie's communication was quick and informative. We appreciated her accommodating our kids visiting for a few days. The condo has everything; We cooked most of our meals in and really, we lacked nothing. The view from the condo is stunning, with an additional bonus of a nice grass area in front. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your beautiful condo. We look forward to coming back !!

Everything was really great. I have literally zero constructive criticism to give, and would like to point out that the walk to the Wailea Shops (where there is a market) is very quick, there’s a small mall with a great coffee spot 1 minute walking distance away, and the walk to the Wailea beach in front of Grand Wailea is very quick if you take the dirt road around the back of the hotel! Very convenient, and already booked next year

Great condo in Wailea! Up the hill from The Shops and Ulua beach. Out of the fray and quiet. The most people we saw at the lower pool was two other couples! Perfect place to launch from for South Maui excursions. Did not lack any amenities in the condo. Highly recomend!

This condo is better than described, the location is a short walk to the Shops at Wailea. Property has wonderful view of golf course and ocean. Complex has wonderful amenities such as pools, BBQ centers and a open aired club house with tons of books! Laurie i( the owner)is responsive and truly caring! Can’t say enough about this property! Definitely recommend
Great experience. Loved this condo. Great for families or couples. Laurie provides beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and even a little cooler. Beautiful view. Clean. Only complaint is the bedroom bathroom gets a bit hot and stuffy after taking a shower because there’s no fan but there’s a second full bathroom that has a fan. I still give it a 5/5. Thank you Laurie for making my trip so much easier.

I would highly recommend Laurie’s condo in Waimea . It had everything we needed during our stay . We took advantage of the coolers, beach chairs , umbrellas and more ! Her place was in a fantastic location with beautiful views . Everything was close by … parking , trash bins and pools. It was clean and very peaceful lace to stay . The condo complex was very clean in and out . I would also add that Laurie’s was a great host and her communication was excellent .We will recommend her condo to friends and family . Good view, great location
We greatly enjoyed our time in the condo. The unit is well equipped and we were able to cook and make our own cocktails. Sunset viewing from the lanai, nice heated pool (though limited shade). Close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, and quiet in the mornings and evenings. When we return to Maui we hope to stay here again.

Couldn't be better!
We absolutly loved our stay! They property was absolutley amazing and Laurie was a great host. The very first this we did after arriving was relax on the lanai and that couldn't be more enjoyable. Having the pool so close was great, too. If we had even a half hour an hour open we would go for a quick swim. Highly recommend Akamia coffee! Would abosolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect!
It was a pleasure communicating with Laurie from the start. I could tell how much she loved Maui and she was most generous with her knowledge about the island and the activities we were interested in doing. The condo was a perfect home away from home with all the comforts we hoped for. So clean; comfortable furniture and beds; lovely decor; and a wonderful lanai right on the green that made us feel like we had a large yard from which to walk out to watch the sunset. The location was IDEAL - the beaches nearby were fantastic and not overly crowded - loved Wailea - loved having the Gourmet Hawaiian Market close by and some great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui! Mahalo, Laurie and Glenn!
