Great Maui Condo

This condo is a great 2 bedroom unit. Well stocked with anything you need. Clean and organized. Easy parking, close to the beach and great neighbors. We’ll be back!

Ocean side and accessible to everything

The property was as advertised, clean and comfy. Neighbors can be heard quite easily but this can be said from most older buildings. Pool was nice to swim and relax in, perfect temp. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. Used the BBQ almost every night, never had an issue. Traveling around from the unit was wonderful, it is central to everything.

Needs to be deep cleaned & decluttered

My advice to owners of unit is to remove clutter, the candles and decore that is not able to be cleaned properly because it is collecting dust. Please install blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Needs to cleaned better.

Great place to stay

Wonderful location just across from the beach. Very spacious and well stocked. Welcoming and felt like home. Beautiful outside area and right next to the pool was an added bonus!!

Great location

Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Kitchen is small but versatile. Patio was nice. We didn’t use the tv because Hawaii. Internet was slow (DSL) but it worked. Again, didn’t really use it. Beach across the street is nice during sunset. Plenty of beach supplies.

great quite area

Like many other renters we were very happy with Kathy's place. Had everything that we needed for cooking and other amenities. The back area was great for sitting out and enjoying the weather. The beach was just a couple minute walk. Will book again if going back to Maui. Perfect starting point for the whole island. If you are still pondering on not going to Maui because if Lahaina, Do go, they are very welcoming and kept telling us they are glad that we didn't cancel our trip. Just be respectful of Lahaina. We did not travel the road that direction out of respect to the people but you can take the bypass road.

Great place at great location

The place is at the great central location of the island. We were able to do daily trips all over Maui and it would take us no time at all to get to all locations. The apartment is spacious, clean, and it has everything you might need. It's on the ground floor so easy for suitcases. The kitchen is well equipped, they have beach chairs, games, books... Beds are comfortable. Check in and out was extremely easy. We had a great experience.

It’s literally across the street from the beach! The patio gate goes right out to the pool so it feels like it’s you’re own pool. They need to update the pool furniture, replace the countertop in the kitchen as it has a little crater in the middle of it, and they need to fix the flooring near the hallway. My husband got a splinter in his foot. We enjoyed the patio and barbecue in the backyard.

Awesome property but the online pictures don’t do it justice

We had a great stay! Great location. Quiet area. We recommend updating the property pictures though. The pictures online make it look like a cute little grandma cottage (which there is nothing wrong with that we just thought it looked nicer in person) but it was pretty modern with cute ocean themed decor! Would totally stay there again.

Wonderfully close to the beach!!

Very clean, extremely close to the beach, great variety of Kitchen tools, etc. Great pool. Quiet location, but close to restaurants and tourists retail stores. Spacious condo. Had a great phone conversation with the Property management. She was very friendly, very information and answered all of my questions about Kihei. Relaxing and peaceful

We were in Maui for our daughter’s wedding, and wanted a place that was away from the hustle and bustle, but close to the beach. This place was just that. Perfectly located to restaurants (one next door, the rest within a very short drive), and right across from a quiet beach. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Maui. It was clean and well appointed.

Can fully recommend

I can fully recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was right off our patio through a locked gate. The best part- the beach is only a block away! While we couldn't see it from the property, if you are an early morning riser like I am, you can hear the waves while enjoying your morning coffee on the patio. We enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful Location and Assistance

We really appreciated the property and the neighbors were fantastic.!! Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Maui. This condo is literally right next to the beach, 2min walk. The host had EVERYTHING.... from spices, laundry pods, beach towels and gear, and much more!!! We will definitely be back for another trip and will choose this host when booking our stay!! great location and great place!

We had a great great time here. The condo is in a great location in Kihei but not right on the busy street so there is no street noise at night. Everything we needed was in there, including everything we needed to cook and even tide pods to do laundry! Highly recommend this place!

Family-friendly condo in Kihei

Comfortable unit, well-equipped kitchen, family friendly. Not new, but recently remodeled. They provided lots of towels, beach equipment. Good location, relatively quiet, a block away from main road & traffic. Beach just across the road. Other guests enjoyed the pool, but we were out at the beaches so didn't try the pool. Mini-blinds are dated and temperamental, pocket door to master bath doesn't close, one burner on stove doesn't work. In-unit washer & dryer very convenient. Overall its a good value, since we were out most of the time but our possessions were secure. Management helped us with other needs, as well, including car rental and excellent concierge service.
