This beautifully appointed villa is situated on the fairway of Wailea's elite Blue Golf Course, allowing you to take advantage of special golf and tennis rates offered to Wailea guests. This central Wailea location makes it favorable, as you can walk to Wailea Tennis Club, the famous "Joe's Bar & Grill," the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, the world's top beaches, and five-star hotels.

Upcoming Remodel in Unit #138: The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and kitchen and entry tile flooring, as well as replacing all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. The remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

We had the most amazing stay at the Grand Champions in Wailea. Great location close to beaches/shopping center/restaurants. Very spacious and clean 2 BR condo, kitchen and outdoor space was also great. Me and my family will definitely come back. David

Great complex and neighborhood
Location is amazing. We didn’t arrive until midnight, they had the lights on parking pass ready and ac on. The unit was nice and clean with ac in all the rooms. Not much of a view out of this particular unit but we spent most of our time out anyway. Shops at Wailea are only a few blocks away and the best beaches and snorkeling within a 5-10 minute drive.

We loved our quiet oasis in Wailea! CB Island Vacations was great to work with and attentive when needed, although the process was seamless with keypad code. We loved the quiet, easy stay away from big resorts, but so much within walking distance. Manager on-site helped us with parking pass and CB followed back up to ensure we were good. We had an amazing family vacation and 20 year wedding anniversary!
