Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Perfect spot for a family trip!
We stayed with our extended family and had a great time! The walk to the beach is easy and fun. The pool is beautiful and all of the amenities of the condo were lovely. Management was attentive and helpful.

Great family trip!
We had an amazing week here! I went with my husband, 2 daughters, and parents and we all loved it! The property was very clean and looked exactly like we imagined. Kitchen is very well stocked (only thing missing is steak knives). I had several questions for the property owners before and during the stay that were all answered quickly and they were always so polite and helpful. The only issue we ran into was we were told we could get towels at the pool but we were told since we didn’t book with the resort directly that we weren’t allowed to have access to the pool towels. However this was very minor because they had an abundance of pool towels for us to use at the house. I would absolute recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

The property was very beautiful and clean when we arrived. It had enough space for everyone. We enjoyed our meals out on the lanai each day. The unit was well supplied, but we had a few cliches. The BBQ ignition wouldn't work, but we called and got it repaired. Also, the upper bedroom AC did not work. No cold air was blowing through the vents, even when we closed the sliding glass doors and lowered the thermostat. We weren't sure if we supposed to receive a gate key to enter the property, when we went left to go walking the local stores and the beach. We used the car keypad or followed some one else to enter back onto the property. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thank you.

Tranquil stay
We stayed with grandparents and kids and this was a great choice with 3 bedrooms. The unit is spacious and so convenient for everyone to have their own on-suite bathroom. Everything we needed was there, towels, beach toys, chairs. The pool is lovely. Watching the sunset from Wailea beach across the street is phenomenal. We were able to leave our kids with grandparents and walk over to the Grand Wailea for a cocktail after bedtime. We love Maui and this was a first time staying in Wailea. We will be back!

Very nice accomendation! The condo was very well equipped. Some minor issues with appliances… the Barbq did not work well, dish washer leaked a bit. Other than that the condo was perfect!!

Beautiful property with great location
Our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children ages 8-11) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable rental. The pictures didn’t do it justice! The pool area was also very beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all. The property management responded to my requests right away. Beaches, food, shopping all located conveniently nearby. You can hear the cars passing through on the road nearby from the master bedroom, but there were no complaints about the other bedrooms. Earplugs and/or sound machine app worked well! Overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

The property was beautiful, location perfect, amenities were on point. The listing was close to accuracy. However, there are items that need attention. House is clean however not thoroughly clean. The bathrooms, as well as frig and kitchen need to be a deep cleaning . Couches need to be vacuumed as there was food and trash under the cushions. Internet and Wi-Fi did not work the entire 8 days which was frustrating because TV’s would not stream. However, beautiful home and our family vacation was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay for our annual family vacations. The condo was well maintained and clean. Amazing Resort villa
My family of 10 stayed here and it was perfect. Lots of space and close to the pool. The location was perfect and very beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Had an issue for a day or two with the air conditioning but it was quickly fixed. We would stay again!

Long In The Tooth
Our stay at unit 93-2 was characterized by sharp contrasts. The unit was once beautiful, now in fair condition, but very spacious. The location is ideal. The beds were terrific and the layout was as advertised on VRBO. It’s a nice unit, but not well maintained. We did ask for an extra cleaning in the middle of our stay which was graciously granted. However, the preparation for our stay by the maintenance staff was dreadful. All the towels in the house were damp upon our arrival. The dishwasher wouldn’t work and required a visit from a local maintenance man to make it function. There were no directions for how to use the TV or washer-dryer and the appliances are old and in a poor state of repair including the knobs on the stove. TV remotes were widely dispersed and many had no batteries. Worst of all the three showers were not fully functional. One had low pressure. The other was unable to have the water temperature regulated. The diverter in the third was loose and tough to turn off and on. The bathtub fills from a hole in the ceiling and the area around the hole is caked with hard water deposits and has not been cleaned in a long time. There are no measuring cups in the kitchen. There was no rinse aid for the dishwasher once it got working so dishes were wet and there was no dish drainer if we wanted to wash and dry the dishes by hand. In all our many stays in Hawaii we have never encountered a unit so unready for occupancy. I doubt this was an owner problem but one of poor preparation by the management company. Be forewarned while this was once an elegant unit, it is being managed and maintained in a mediocre manner and needs a great deal of work.

Gorgeous property!
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Ho’olei. The home was beautiful and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was the bbq was hard to use, but we made it work. I highly recommend!
