New hard-surface flooring has been installed throughout and the bathroom has been fully renovated with a tiled, walk-in shower. There are three ways to stay cool during the summer months with ceiling fans, the ocean breeze, or with the newly installed split air conditioning system in the living room and the bedroom. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, a flat-screen TV, a telephone with local calling, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a large King Bed for extra comfort, a ceiling fan, and a split system air conditioner. Additional sleeping for two is available on the queen pullout sofa bed. For outdoor activities, the unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, pickleball rackets, and a beach cooler. Please note, this unit is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
