We’d like to invite you to consider our newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo for your Maui vacation. Our condo (Unit No. 227) features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, relaxing decor, and beautiful tile floors. The unit is fully furnished with everything to make your vacation comfortable. It has air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, cable, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer set, and all the beach equipment you need to have a fun day in the sun.
This corner end unit is the perfect home for your next tropical vacation. Extra windows provide natural light and wonderful Hawaiian breezes throughout the day. A quiet, split air conditioning system keeps the unit refreshingly cool at night. Your own private lanai (or balcony) is accessed from both the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for those who love to cook. There are even books in the condo for your reading pleasure!
This oceanfront building is one of the best-kept complexes on the island. The grass itself would make any golf course greenskeeper jealous! The views are to die for and the amenities are second to none. As if the wonderful views weren’t enough, being at the northern end of Kihei means that you are away from the hustle and bustle of the busier section of our little town.
Menehune Shores is an oceanfront complex located in North Kihei, just twenty minutes from the airport between Maalaea Harbor and Wailea. If you can’t wait to dip your toes in the ocean, you’ll be happy to know that there is a protected swimming and snorkeling beach out front! The five-mile-long Sugar Beach extends from the property north to Maalaea and it’s perfect for long morning and sunset walks. A heated pool and BBQ area are located in the tropical landscaped seaside grounds, and a rooftop BBQ and dining area provide stunning views of the ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. It is a great place to look for whales in the winter and relax and enjoy Maui’s breathtaking sunsets each evening.
This complex is located minutes away from lively shopping areas, nightlife, historic landmarks, and unique dining experiences. Speaking of unique dining experiences, Monsoon Indian, an authentic Indian restaurant, sits ocean side on the ground floor of the complex. It’s received rave reviews and has converted many diners to the joys of Indian food!
The Property Manager, Malinee, has years of experience with 4-star concierge services on Maui. She’s just a quick call or text away! You’ll appreciate the little touches she’s added to the unit to make it an extraordinary destination. Our rental unit is equipped with a starter pack of the following items, and guests are responsible for purchasing (or bringing) their own supplies beyond the starter pack:
Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
Paper towels (1 roll)
Soap (1 petite bar each at the shower and bathroom sink)
Dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle)
Dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 3 loads)
Laundry soap (enough for 3 loads; no dryer sheets)
Trash bags (1 in each trash can)

I do this by making myself available to answer any questions you may have about the property and giving you ALL the access/property information you need the week before your arrival. We care about you, your health and well-being. For the health and safety of our guests, we block our units for one day between check-out/check-in to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting. We also provide self check-in/out.
