Laaja kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Kihein sydämessä, kadun toisella puolella rannalta Kamaole Park lll. Helppo kävellä kaikki Kamaole-rannat, kaupat Kiheissä ja tunnettu Keawakapun ranta. Tässä kompleksissa on lämmitetty uima-allas ja grillit käytettäväksi.
Saman päivän varaukset (eli saapuminen 24 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä) edellyttävät puhelinsoittoa Vuokra Mauille vahvistusta varten.
Maui Parkshore # 313 on 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuonetta yksikkö kolmannessa kerroksessa on suuri merinäköala, täysin varustettu keittiö, pesukone ja kuivaaja. GREAT location but unit needs some updating
This is in a great location with a great view and a beach across the street. The building is older but the landscaping is very well maintained. The unit needs updating. Don't leave out on the kitchen counter any open food as there are tiny ants that will get inside. One roll of paper towel for two weeks, also, only 3 rolls of cheap toilet paper in each bathroom - luckily it was only two of us. We will look for a more updated unit in this building next time.

Sunset perfection
We had stayed on the fourth floor last year and this year we were on the third floor. The sunsets were beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening, watching sunset. The location was perfect for us. We went to the beach every morning and used the pool almost every evening. Places to eat were within a short ride. The only issue we had was when the complex was being sprayed for pests on Nov. 4. We had to be ouot of our unit by 8am and could not return until noon. Later that evening, the site manager came to our unit and gave us insect traps to place in the unit (for ants and roaches). The management of the unit had informed them that the unit was NOT to be spayed. That was upsetting to us because we had seen ants in the kitchen when we had arrived back to the unit. The pest traps worked - no more ants in the kitchen. I also had a problem of getting bites on my body from something in the bedroom. My husband did not get any. It seemed to be from items I had put in the drawers. Next time I will keep my clothes in my suitcase!!

Comfortable and clean, next to beaches
Everything was great. The views and sunsets spectacular. Beaches are right across the street, food and drinks a short walk. Got a bit warm in the building since there is no central a/c, but who spends time inside when in Hawaii? We made breakfast on site everyday which saves money and time, allowing for a more leisurely start to the day. (We did have cinnamon rolls from the shop a short walk away to compliment the rest of breakfast, highly recommend.) Great place to stay!

Good spot to rest your head
Overall, this condo is great, with good location in kihei and easy access. It was disappointing to hear that the balcony doors were broken a week before we were coming out, but the rental comoany was very easy to contact and work with to make sure we could still enjoy the lanai. Would rent again for sure!

The property have an ocean view. Closed to everything. Inexperience driving curving not recommended for road to Hana, very dangerous and some parts of the road you literally cannot see the other side of traffic and the road can only fit one car.

Great location and ocean view. Everything we needed was included ie beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Although some of the water activities/beach items were damaged and thorough inspection is needed to get rid of and replace them. I also found a pair of two men’s swim trunks in the patio storage bin and wonder how thorough the cleaning process is. My guests and I all agreed that the rooms felt musty/dusty - perhaps from the curtains that could use a wash and portable AC filters need to replaced. This can be a health issue for some with asthma/allergies. There was also a significant amount of dust bunny build up of the bathroom vents and I wonder when they were last cleaned - this can lead to poor ventilation. If not for the location I would have rated this 3 stars based on the unit alone. However for the price we paid, it was a good deal and would consider staying here again if they cleaned it to healthier standards.

The location was great if you’re planning to explore the entire island. A/C could have been better. The windows near the sliding door is broken so hot air came in so it made it hard to keep that area cool. Beach items and cooler came in handy.

Great experience for our third trip to Maui in the last four years. Condo is in a great location, south Kihei, across from Kam 3. Booking, check in and check out process was a breeze. Communication with manager was timely. Condo is solid, plenty of space, has pretty much all you need. It’s a little dated and worn in a few spots, vacuum needs to be replaced, but nothing major. All the pots and pans you need to cook. People have left spices, cleaners, etc. Would stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo had everything that we needed down to a small ice chest to take to the beach for the day. The location is perfect with the beach right across the street and shops and restaurants within walking distance. If we ever make our way back to Maui I will definitely be staying here again.

The location was perfect. Good for snorkeling, close to restaurants. Many walkable. Lots of towels, they replaced the worn beach chairs. I plan on staying here again!

Simple unit, pool and beach access is good
We chose this place due to it's beach proximity so that we can carry our blow up paddle boards to the beach each day. It was a little more effort than I was used to but still sufficient. Pool and bbq's are nice in the afternoon when the wind picks up on the beach.

Great stay overall
We enjoyed the large lanai. Everything was as presented. We had a fair amount of noise from power tools in adjoining condos throughout our stay but that's the luck of the draw. A very nice stay overall.
