Tässä hämmästyttävässä sviitissä on kauniit modernit kalusteet ja sisustus, joka sisältää arvostettujen paikallisten taiteilijoiden luomia taidetta. Korkeat katot ja panoraamanäköala merelle lisäävät ylimmän kerroksen kulmayksikön avointa ja tilavaa tunnetta. Huoneiston sijainti tarjoaa kätevän ja helpon pääsyn Grand Champions Resortin mukavuuksiin. Nauti kauniista uima-altaista, rentoudu porealtaissa, grilli suosikkiateriasi grillialueella ... kaikki vain muutaman askeleen päässä etuovelta!

Huoneisto sijaitsee kauniisti maisemoidussa Grand Champions Villas -kohteessa Waileassa. Wailea on mestarin suunnittelema lomakeskusyhteisö Etelä-Mauissa. Grand Champions tarjoaa pääsyn Wailean tyylikkääseen ja ylelliseen elämäntyyliin ja tarjoaa samalla ripauksen hiljaista yksinäisyyttä. Toisella puolella lomakeskusta reunustaa Blue Golf Course, joka on yksi Wailea Golf Clubin 3 palkittua kurssia. Maailmanluokan Wailea-tenniskerho on toisella puolella. Voit katsella turnauspelejä meidän Lanai-sivustoltamme. Grand Championsissa on 2 uima-allasta, 2 poreallasta ja 6 kaasugrilli vieraille.

Ostokset, ruokailu ja muut palvelut ovat kätevästi kävelymatkan päässä. Wailean kaupat, joka tarjoaa saaren hienoimmat ostosmahdollisuudet ja viisi erinomaista ravintolaa, ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kauniit Wailea-rannat ovat vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä tai 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Älä missaa uskomatonta Wailea 2 mailin rantakävelyä, joka yhdistää rannat ja vie sinut saaren arvostetuimpien hotellien ohi. Alle 5 mailin päässä ovat Big Beach ja Little Beach, luultavasti kauneimpia rantoja Havaijilla.

Best vacation ever
The house was just perfect, with everything you might need. The position is amazing very quiet with a beautiful ocean view, but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Tom was very nice and as the instructions as the communications were clear and prompt. We can't wait to go back in mAui at Tom's place again soon. Very rec!

Enjoyed My Stay, Great Location
We recently stayed at this small condo and found it to be a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The condo itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for our stay. Although compact, it had all the essentials we needed. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the property. It was a good choice for our trip, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

We really enjoy staying at Grand Champions. Everything is so close and the condo has everything you need. We could walk each morning to the nearby shops to get coffee and eat at the great restaurants. We also enjoyed watching a few sunsets from the patio!

I was extremely impressed with this condo. It was definitely the most spacious one bedroom that I have rented in Hawaii. And the vaulted ceiling makes the living area seem that much larger. The condo was well appointed with everything I could have asked for. We watched an incredible sunset from the lanai with a lovely ocean view. There were 2 pools just steps from the front door. We also enjoyed Makapu/Ulua beaches which was a short drive. Also very close by were shops and restaurants. Those were even walkable. And the wonderful Wailea beachfront path is not to be missed. I slept well in the comfy bed and everything about the condo even exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to our most gracious host. I am looking forward to my next visit to Maui!

Excellent in Many Ways!
Our trip was fabulous in every way and we thank Tom for being so accommodating and helpful! Lahaina suffered the tragic fire just prior to our vacation. We contacted Tom and he was very informative so we followed through with our plans. It was just as he had informed us and we are so happy we didn’t cancel. The condo was extremely nice, comfortable and in a great location. Tom was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would consider him to be top-notch when considering our experiences over the years of renting with VRBO. The people and residents of Hawaii were very kind and grateful to us as tourists as they very much depend on the tourism; therefore we felt very good about being there as well. This condo comes highly recommended!

I would give this property an absolute 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the newly opened 8 pickleball courts. That brings the total to 10 pickleball courts that are located 150 feet from the lanai. The noise level is high and constant from 8am till 6pm on almost everyday of the week. It does break the serenity of the most beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets you can imagine. If you can block out the noise, this unit is for you.

The perfect condo for our stay!

Spacious and convenient
This property was great for a small family. The location within the complex was perfect (steps to pool and close to entrance/exit) and had a nice view of tennis courts. Quiet and serene. Basics were included in the kitchen for cooking and we utilized the BBQ at the pool as well. The showers had a small amount of mold in the tile which should be addressed, but otherwise we were very happy with this property!

Perfect place, great location
I would highly recommend this property for the following reasons. First of all, the property is located in the prime neighborhood and within close proximity from the best beaches on the island. It only takes 5-10 minutes by walking through clean, gorgeous and safe neighborhood to get to the panoramic beaches. Secondly, the property itself has everything one needs for comfortable and joyful stay. It has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony with mesmerizing sunset. The place is fully loaded with appliances, comfortable furniture, beach gear, kitchen-wear, great WiFi connection, and anything else one may think off for the most delightful stay. Most importantly, the mattress is very comfortable and guarantees a fully restful experience. This is my fourth time visiting the island and if I had known about this property earlier, I would have definitely stayed here every visit.
