Just remodeled, come to Maui and enjoy this stylish and clean Hotel Style Room in the Tropical Setting of the Maui Banyan Resort. This unit is located on the second floor with a small lanai that is great for watching sunset or enjoying your morning coffee. There is elevator access or a quick and easy walk to both pool and beach. The updated in-condo bar area is great for quick meals and coffee. Set up with a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, dishware and utensils for your convenience during your stay. Queen size Tempurpedic bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, USB plugs and WiFi for your comfort. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and cooler all included with your stay.

There is free parking in the multi level Parking Structure and several smaller overflow parking lots. There is a tennis court, 2 pools/jacuzzis each with 5 BBQ's and covered eating areas all surrounded by tropical flowers and foliage. This complex is located across the street from the beautiful Kamaole 2 Beach Park which is great to enjoy snorkeling, swimming, standup paddle boarding, surfing and sun bathing. Maui is known for its beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from all three Kamaole Beach Parks.

South Kihei has many restaurants, dining options, grocery stores, retail and water sports shops within walking distance. A short drive will take you to World Class Golfing, dining and exclusive shopping at the Shops of Wailea.

For those who choose not to rent a car, there is local bus service along South Kihei Road. Unit is professionally cleaned at every check in and check out.

Great location! Quiet, safe, easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, pool. Just enough of a kitchen to keep snacks, drinks, easy meals on hand. Loved having beach chairs and beach towels to use. I would definitely recommend this rental to solo travers or couples. I hope to book again in the future!

great place to stay! Anne was very helpful and communicated well! At one point, we thought we might need something shipped to Hawaii and she was willing to go above and beyond to help us. She was very accommodating when our flight got cancelled as well. Location is great - the beach across the street is lovely! Kihei is very central in Maui in my opinion, which was great! Great place for 2. Definitely would recommend :)

My wife and I were in Maui for a family members wedding and this place was perfect. Close to everything, walking distance to multiple beaches, restaurants and shops. Quiet and clean complex and the unit was well maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment to stay in with everything ylj need. Mini fridge, AC, and even beach chairs and am umbrella to use on the beach. We loved the area it was located in. Easy to drive or walk adkhnd Kihei and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spot in Kihei
Was on the island to visit family. This was a great location with great services nearby. Parking structure spaces are a bit tight. Anne was super helpful in greeting us when we arrived and showing us how to operate the locks.
