This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal cottage just steps to the beach access offers as much outdoor living as indoor living. Plenty of space for guests to spread out complete with 2 indoor and 3 outdoors living areas. A large fenced in backyard provides the ultimate privacy which includes a sandbox corner for kids to enjoy while adults relax in bug free comfort thanks to a large screened in porch. Start your morning off with a cup of coffee relaxing in the shaded hammock and end your day on the rooftop deck with a beverage watching the spectacular Outer Banks sunsets. Direct access from the front door to a neighborhood beach access with a lifeguard on duty and no public parking makes this cottage the perfect getaway for families to enjoy privacy on the beach.

Sit on the front deck chairs and enjoy breezes from the Atlantic Ocean! When you open the door, the updated beach home comes with coastal furnishings and airy decor that will make you feel like you live on the beach. The large updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (range, fridge with ice maker, microwave) and open bar provides a terrific entertaining area for guests. The open living room comes with plenty of seating, high speed internet & cable, 55" smart TV (equipped with Hulu and Netflix), dvd player, and a surplus supply of board games and puzzles for your family’s delight.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two twin beds) and 1 full sized bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo on one side of the cottage. A second full sized bathroom is off the kitchen along with a spacious laundry room and game room. Each room is beautifully decorated in beach or nautical themes.

Plenty of parking space allows guests to bring water vessels without having to pay for additional storage or slip fees.

There is a private outside shower located in the fenced in yard, a covered deck, rooftop deck, and access to neighborhood beach directly in front of the cottage.

Another Amazing Stay
When can I pack my bags and move in? Seabreeze feels like home. We used to have a family vacation home in OBX and this is the first rental we’ve found that is just as comfortable as our own house was. The location is perfect and the house is adorable. It’s much more spacious than the pictures show. I’m already looking forward to our next visit and we just left yesterday!

We had such an amazing experience at Seabreeze. We have already decided to return again next summer for our annual beach trip. The house was perfect for our family, our kids especially enjoyed the outdoor area. It took us just a few minutes to get to the beach. Everything was amazing and we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect Beach House
This beach house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids (14 & 17) loved having their own space in the den and gameroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I loved the welcome gift with koozies, coffee, and a gift card to a coffee shop a block away. We walked down several mornings for coffee and scones. The beach is a block away and there is a shed full of anything and everything you may need! The beach was not crowded at all and there is a lifeguard on duty. The pictures don't do the house justice. Everything was spotless and decorated beautifully. We can't wait to return!

A Perfect Beach Cottage!
What an absolutely wonderful little beach house! It is beautifully decorated with beach art and outfitted with comfortable lounging spots. What really set it out though was that it was just teeming with high quality supplies. Anything we forgot to pack was located in the most convenient place to find. The beach gear was better than what we brought for ourselves 😆 our kids ages 4-8 were entertained every minute, either outside in the fenced in play area, the game room, or any of the little toy nooks in the house. The game room situated in a converted garage made for an unexpectedly quiet vacation, something that is rare with 3 little kids! It’s a wonderful house in a family neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway
Amy and David’s cottage is spectacular! They literally have everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay. It was wonderful being only a block from the beach, close to restaurants and the kids loved the mini golf/go-karts across the street. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck as well!! The cottage itself is a gem. It was the perfect amount of space for our family. Amy and David were very responsive to our questions/needs. We cannot wait to come back next year!

I’ve never had such a great host! We had a family beach house on mile post 7 for years. Ever since selling it, we have tried multiple houses. For the last few summers we’ve actually given up on visiting OBX. Our search is over! We were on a girls’ weekend and I knew I had to come back to Seabreeze with my son and husband. I literally booked my next stay while still on this trip! Thanks for giving us our vacation spot back.

Wonderful getway!
We had an amazing time at Seabreeze. Location was perfect a very short walk to the beach less than 5 mins. The house was great it has all the amenities listed and way more, everything you might think of was available making a very relaxed getaway for us. The house was clean and ready to use, it has so much space to make everyone of us comfortable either if you want to relax inside or outside, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset :) Amy and David were super flexible during our stay, we just want to say thank you for everything and we are definitely staying at your property next summer!

Nothing short of perfect
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had absolutely 0 problems with the whole process. The house is so close to the beach as well as an excellent coffee shop, an ice cream shop and a little farm stand for fresh produce. Also, the house was well stocked with everything and anything we could possibly need!! Everything about our vacation was perfect and we cannot wait to return next year. I will definitely be booking this house every time we vacation in the Outer Banks.

Fantastic getaway!
This was our third summer staying at Seabreeze, and our first staying for an entire week. The house was clean upon arrival and the upgrades this year were great (Ms. Pac-Man was a huge hit with the kids!). It’s less than a block from the beach and has all the beach amenities for visitors to use during their stay. There’s multiple areas outside and inside with enough space for everyone to spread out. The rooftop deck was a nice spot to watch the Fourth of July fireworks. I can’t recommend Seabreeze enough!

First OBX visit with kids
This is a perfect property if you're looking for close proximity to the beach. It's the 2nd block off the beach and there's no public parking so we never had difficulty finding a spot to sit right next to the water. There's a cross walk to easily get there with all of your beach gear and children. All the shade/chairs/toys/towels you could ever need to haul to the beach in the provided wagon made packing so much easier. It was quick to go back to the cottage for lunch when we did extended stays at the beach or for Mom to sneak away early in the morning for a beach walk. The outdoor shower was essential for cleaning up sandy kids! I'm not sure how we would have done it without that shower for the kids! The yard is fenced in and kept my mind at easy that the kids would be safe and added privacy. The yard was stocked with yard games/toys while the sandy kids waited their turns to shower which made mom's life easier! Not to mention all of the indoor board games we played in the screened in porch when we needed shade! The kids also enjoyed the game room inside. The cottage was very clean and welcoming with all of the nice beach theme decor. It was helpful to have 2 bathrooms. The property is centrally located so we could head to either end of the islands and not have to drive as far. There's a coffee shop 2 blocks away that has coffee and pastries for a quick AM breakfast within walking distance. Hosts were welcoming and easy to get ahold of!!!

Loved this place
Clean, organized, well stocked. Organized and welcoming owners, It felt nicer and more airy than you can tell from the pictures. We were a short walk to the beach, where our kids enjoyed collecting shells. Also a short walk to a local coffee shop. Our toddlers LOVED playing in the adorable play space in the yard/patio area. There were games and puzzles for all age groups. We recommend this place.

This place surpassed our expectations. Amy was a wonderful person to deal with. The house exceeded our expectations. The pictures dont so it justice. It was super clean and they left some goodies for us. The beach is so close. There is a cute little coffee shop within walking distance and multiple places to eat. I will for sure stay here again.

The pictures looked good, but in person this place is even better. By far the best VRBO or abnb place I've stayed at. Location: under 5min to the beach and a great coffee place Great roof deck and back yard / patio area Lots of great family games to play as well. House was clean, organized and well stocked with everything a family could need. Next time I'm in OBX, this will be my go to place again.

Such a magical home one block away from an incredible beach in a cute town in the OBX! We loved it!
We loved our stay at the Sea Breeze cottage in Kill Devil Hills! The nautical/beach-themed house was super charming, clean and in a perfect location - just one block from the beach and a cute coffee shop (and minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). Beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon to carry it all to the beach were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Amy the owner was so helpful and incredibly responsive leading up to and during our stay. It was perfect from start to finish - we didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to return soon!

The location of the house is great, just a very short walk to the beach, but it is really all the little things Amy and David thought to include that puts this house above other rentals. We had a relaxing stay with our older kids and there was plenty of room for us to be together or spread out. Two thumbs up!
