On The Mapp # 2 on valmis seuraavaan OBX-lomaasi! Tämä valoisa ja rantainen mökki sijaitsee kätevästi OBX: n sydämessä Milepost 6: n ääniradalla Kill Devil Hillsissä. Mökissä on 3 sänkyä / 2 kylpyhuonetta ja se sijaitsee rannalla kulkevalla kadulla ja kahden kadun päässä rannalta pääsyltä, jossa on pysäköinti! Minuutin päässä Ääni, monikäyttöinen polku, joka kulkee Bay Drive, ja julkinen huvimaja-telakka, joka on täydellinen katsomassa auringonlaskuja. Mökki on hiljattain päivitetty, ja se on upouusi vuokra kaudelle 2019.

Third Stay

This is our third time staying at this property. The location is great - short drives to groceries, restaurants, and access to the beach. There's a reason we make it a point to try and come every year at this location. Its perfect for our family of four.

OBX weekend

The property was in a perfect location for us. I normally run the half marathon but could not this year and the location allowed us to support all the runners. Clean and well maintained it suited all our needs. Definitely will stay again in the future if available.

We enjoyed everything at Bright & Beachy. The name describes it! It was super clean, super comfortable with many small touches that added a lot to our stay. This was our meeting place with our friends from England and they were just as delighted to be staying there as we were. Will be booking there again!

Felt like heaven

Had such a fantastic time! House was so cute, bright, and airy. Was refreshing! The hammock was so very relaxing. The welcome basket was very helpful. Enjoyed both the sunrises and sunsets, and looking up at stars from balcony. Was hard to leave.

Perfect for the Family

This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks, and the beach house was perfect for us. It is located right in the middle of the island - halfway to the Sound, and halfway to the ocean. (You can walk to the Sound; the ocean is a short - 3 minutes - drive away.) Lots of shops and restaurants all around. I was surprised at how quickly we could go from Kill Devil Hills to Kitty Hawk or Nags Head. So simple. The house itself was in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated, with lots of thoughtful touches, like a basketful of throw blankets in the living area and a book of tips and suggestions ranging from care of the house to what to do in the local area. The fridge also had laminated magnets detailing Wi Fi and check out information - very helpful. We used the two beach chairs (we had forgotten ours) and the outdoor hose for rinsing our feet and the shells we picked up. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and we were given plenty of "starter" items that lasted us through the week, such as hand soap and detergent. All in all, a very lovely home and a memorable week at the OBX. We enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood down to the Sound to watch the sunset, and sitting out on the deck in the morning. Thank you so much, Kyle and Megan, for sharing your home with us!

Affordable convenience

This is a really nice well maintained property with plenty of space. I loved the quiet of being sound-side but still just a short walk to the beach. If you don’t mind an extra 5 minutes on your walk to the beach, I highly recommend this property. 3 bedrooms 2 baths conveniently located near the main attractions for a fraction of what you would pay for oceanfront. And the host were gracious and helpful with good suggestions for local fare

Great stay at a cute cottage

This cottage was adorable. It was very clean and the owners communicated very well. Easy check in. It was also quiet which my husband and I appreciate. Great location to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Clean and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean and comfortable. The welcome essentials was a helpful addition by reducing the number of items we needed to purchase. Cable and Netflix was available which was another nice touch. Lastly the neighbors didn’t make a peep out entire time there. It was a really peaceful vacation with plenty to do.

Such a cute little house with amenities! It was perfect for our family of 6 with three bedrooms and 2 full baths. I liked this location though you have to drive across the street to get to the beach (we did not mind at all!) Due to four lanes of traffic but it wasnt hard at all getting across in a vehicle. When you go out of the house you can go right to the beach or left to the sound. The house already had 2 bicycles that my daughter rode to the sound to watch the sunset, which was gorgeous! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great space

Very bright and airy space halfway between the beach and the sound. Clean and comfortable, good for a short or long vacation. This is a quieter spot, not right on the noise of the beach. Loved the porch which overlooks the street. Additional assets like laundry, bikes, and extra towels rounded out the experience.
