Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner with woodburner, utility, and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking, and a lawned garden. Situated in a beautiful location with magnificent views, Labasheeda is a unique cottage in an excellent part of Ireland.

Town: With many quiet country lanes and trails, Labasheeda is a great place for walkers and cyclists, and its location on the banks of the Shannon ensures good fishing all year round. Close by, the coastal town of Kilrush, one of Ireland's listed Heritage Towns, has a lovely marina and offers boat trips along the Shannon to try and spot dolphins. Also close by, Ennis boasts many shops and restaurants, and makes a great day out.
