Uusittu 1. kerros ja valmis vieraille!

Rentoudu rauhallisessa ympäristössä ja upea 100 metrin rantahotelli Calm Water Cove Lakehouse -kadulla, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella, ei-herätä-laella aivan Colorado-varren lähellä. Helppo pääsy Llano-käsivarteen ja LBJ-järven päärunkoon. Upea paikka lomalle perheen ja ystävien kanssa nauttia melonnasta, SUP: stä, uinnista, veneilystä, kalastuksesta ja uskomattomista auringonlaskuista terasseilta. 3 makuuhuoneen koti 100 metrin rantaalueella rauhallisella, hiljaisella poukamalla näkymä LBJ-järvelle. Lähellä historiallista (passiivista) junassa sijaitsevaa rahtisiltaa LBJ-järven päärunkoon. Aivan laiturilta sijaitseva poukama on uimiseen hieno (3–5 jalkaa syvä telakan ympärillä eikä herätä). Kajakkeja ja melalauta saatavana pyynnöstä. Vene- ja vesiskootterivuokraamo saatavilla nurkan takana.

Sijaitsee rauhallisella tien varrella yksityisellä aidatulla alueella, vaikka se on vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Kingslandin keskustasta päivittäistavaroita ja ravintoloita varten. Yläkerran suuri katettu terassi, josta on upeat näkymät veteen ja toinen terassi alas, jolla on BBQ ja pääsy pihalle ja veteen.

Ulkoiluvarusteisiin kuuluvat:
* Upouusi katettu telakka, jossa on vierasjoukko, hissi ja vesiskootteripuisto vesilelujen pysäköintiin loman aikana

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake LBJ. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Very nice! A definite do-over. This was the best stocked home we have ever been in. It had extra life vests if needed, beach towels, an extra sleeping bag, excellent kitchen gear—even a hand held mixer. The lounge areas were very nice. Upper and lower decks. We had 2 ping pong players that went at it every evening. Plenty of seating. No need to bring your own chairs. We loved it. The only issue was the wifi. It only worked the first night we were there. We kept expecting it to correct itself (we are used to less-than-stellar- Spectrum at home, who’s connection is frequently interrupted, but usually corrects on its own.). We got so used to using our hot spots that we didnt realize we still had no service until day 3 of 5. Made a call to owner, who wanted to come check it, but we didn’t want the intrusion at that point. So he gave us instruction (disconnect the router, . . .), but we just kept on without it. It was no biggie. So we never found out if the usual maneuvers would have worked.

Calm Cove
Lovely property inside and out. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. The ONLY downside is the water is very shallow so the fishing wasn’t great like we’d hoped. And there were more turtles than I have ever seen in one place that kept stealing our bait lol. So much so that we nicknamed it Turtle Cove. But we enjoyed relaxing and playing some ping pong.

Delightful
We had a great time; the property was beautiful and clean and very well stocked. The master bed is extremely comfortable. The cove is as described - very calm. I would not hesitate to tie my boat off to the dock but we rented the slip and that was great too. Communication with owner was great - they were very helpful with a few questions I had about the area. We will definitely be back.

Can’t wait to come back!
Clean and well stocked with the things you might forget. If not, HEB grocery is nearby. Our teens loved the ping pong and darts; they even walked to Dairy Queen for a treat. We loved the no wake cove for our SUPs and kayaks. House faces south, therefore it is shaded most all day! We hope our schedule allows for trip back in the future!

Grandkid Haven
This was a lovely home with plenty of amenities to keep 3, active kids happy. They swam, fished, kayaked, paddle boarded, played ping pong & ran around a lovely little yard. The downstairs bunk room was where the kids wanted to sleep. It was a perfect spot for them. The upstairs portion of the house was perfect for us. The living room was well furnished and relaxing. The master bed was comfy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our week with the grandkids was awesome and we were able to make some wonderful memories. Thank you to the Galyens for sharing their home with us.

Living Large on the Lake!
I cannot say enough good things about this property! Our family was able to rest and rejuvenate in this beautifully appointed lake house. Great family trip
We enjoyed staying at the house very much. The outdoor spaces were great! The kids played ping pong daily and also enjoyed the kayaks. We rented a boat for 2 days with no problems at all. The marina was very close by. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect Holiday Stay on the Lake
We had a great stay at this property with a total of 10 guests ranging in age from 13 to 50. The property was able to accommodate our group perfectly. The house was well stocked with the essentials in the kitchen with plenty of dishes, cooking appliances, utensils, you name it. We cooked all meals but one at the house. The owner was very accommodating with our request to use their boat lift which was perfect for our 22’ wake surfing boat. When we arrived at the property, the kids decided that they wanted to rent the SUP board and canos which Mike was quick to respond to our request. The kids had a blast on the quiet cove - the water is very calm with little boat traffic. We all agreed that we would definitely like to come back to this house for another stay in the future.

Wonderful stay
We stayed 2 weeks at this property. It was very clean upon arrival, had everything we needed to cook, clean, maintain, and play. The no-wake cove is perfect for floating/relaxing, far enough away from the action on the main channel, yet close enough to get back into the mix when ready. Proximity to the HEB and local coffee shops made it all the better. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect lake house getaway!
We took the grandparents and two teens with us on the stay. The lake house is located in a no wake cove which made it very enjoyable for paddle boarding and kayaking for kids (all of which owner supplied). House was very comfortable for the six of house, but it would definitely accommodate more. It was super clean, well decorated, and made you feel right at home. The owner has plenty of games, kayaks, and SUP to keep the kids busy. I highly recommend!
