This home is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of your busy schedule and enjoy the great outdoors!

The Space:
Welcome to our picturesque lake house retreat, where outdoor living takes center stage. Step onto our multi-level patio, offering plenty of space for outdoor seating and dining, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a BBQ grill and Green Egg smoker, microwave, ice maker, beverage fridge, ideal for hosting unforgettable cookouts. This section of the patio also includes a smart TV perfect for catching the game while you're preparing up your family's meal. There is a secondary stand along smoker for those BBQ enthusiasts located just steps away from the outdoor kitchen providing ample space to fill the area with yummy smell of home cooked BBQ goodness.

The heart of this home is surrounded by the natural beauty of rolling hills and shaded oak trees, our backyard oasis features granite boulders as you head towards Lake LBJ, a cozy fire pit to enjoy at the water's edge, and a volleyball court, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Challenge friends to a game of ping pong or frisbee golf on our four-hole course or play one of the many outdoor yard games. Prefer getting out of the water we recommend embarking on a kayaking adventure with one of our five available kayaks. As this home sits right inside a quiet and peaceful cove you can explore. Or if you prefer more adventurous watercraft sports, the boat dock and slip are perfect for storing your boat after a day of wakeboarding or tubing in the open water just seconds off the property. Enjoy the spacious sun deck, you can soak up stunning views of the cove and open water, all while enjoying spectacular sunsets over the nearby ranchland just across the water.

As you enter this home, you're greeted by an expansive single-story house adorned with tasteful décor and ample natural light pouring throughout the home. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with multiple entrances off the deck. The master bedroom has its own private entrance and includes a Queen bed along with a Twin daybed. This room houses many games ranging from multiple sets of cards to board games to children's books for all guests to enjoy. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and dual sinks. Just off the master is a spacious living room with smart TV perfect for gathering around to play one of the games or catch a movie after long day in the sun. Just off the living space you will find the first of two laundry areas as well as the next two guest bedrooms. The first room off to the left is the bunk room with six custom built in bunk beds with twin size mattresses. The bunk room includes a Jack N' Jill bathroom with walk in shower and has a second access point to the hallway. Just across the hall you will come to the next guest room. This room includes two Queen size beds and also has an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom also includes only a walk-in shower. As you head back out to the living area and continue down you will come to the dining room with ample seating around a beautiful natural wood table, as well as the fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is the second laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer available. Continue down to find the other two guest bedrooms. One includes a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. The last guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and a Twin daybed.

This neighborhood is close to local attractions and restaurants. Some local attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, and local wineries such as Perisso's.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a non-Pet Friendly Property 

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
