The Space:

Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, challenge friends to a game of air hockey, or enjoy a sunset cocktail from the private balcony, this home offers an unforgettable escape.

As you step onto the first level, you’ll be greeted by a stunning outdoor oasis. The private pool is the ultimate spot for cooling off, with a swim-up bar inviting guests to sip and socialize. The outdoor patio features cooling fans, a gas grill, a mounted TV, and a convenient half bath. Just steps away, through pool door or secondary access from the garage is a lively game room, offering shuffleboard, air hockey, a basketball game, and a TV. The garage is available for guests to park in and has space for 2 vehicles.

The second floor is the heart of the home, where modern design meets comfort. The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring sleek finishes and top-tier appliances, while the spacious dining area seats 10, making it ideal for family feasts or game nights. The living room includes direct access to a private balcony, where you can take in serene community views. A conveniently located laundry room ensures stress-free extended stays.

The primary suite, located on the main level, is a true retreat with a king-size bed, cozy sofa, TV, and private ensuite bathroom for ultimate relaxation. This home includes three additional guest rooms, each with queen-sized beds, provide a tranquil space for restful nights. The last bedroom, the bunk room, is located on the third floor and has two twin over twin bunk beds (four total twin beds).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, boat slip, boat ramp, and amenity center which includes a basketball / pickle ball court, neighborhood pool, and volleyball court. Community Amenity Center is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ in the Legends gated community, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment including Legend's Golf Course and local wineries!

Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available in this area. You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a not Pet-Friendly Property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 occurs.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
