It was a really nice hotel, the room was very modern and had everything you needed. I was a little disappointed with the gym (very basic). I was also under the impression that the continental breakfast was included, but I came to find out it was $10 a day. It was well worth the $10, I will say that. I just would have been nice to know that beforehand. Overall good experience. My only complaints would be the gym and the fact that there is no room service or restaurant/bar at the hotel.

Staff were great, very helpful, well trained, but the room service was the worst that I have seen in my life. We did not got daily service, our room wasn’t clean as cleaned at all (Sunday to Friday) even when requested. We run out of soap and shampoo.

New building, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is good enough of course. The only downside is that the traffic circle on the road by the hotel has one blocked access. Albeit temporary the traffic cuts through the hotel parking lot and does not always do so cautiously. Maybe slow signs should be posted through the parking lot.

We loved having the kitchenette. The cleaning staff coming only once a week was understandable but still would have been nice for new sheets and towls at the half way ofnour stay

Took credit card payment before check in. Used excuse saying rooms got full. Previous knew hockey team staying there. Put teams not together on same floor. Packed breakfast with teams. Made to rent room with kitchen facilities as no two double beds only. Treat hockey teams better than mature adults. No books on things to do, restaurants, visitor information about kingston. Quiet place to stay but not when let hockey teams take over motel and pool. Would not return.

When you walked into hotel, you had to proceed to the holiday inn side (attached) to check in. There was roadwork happening but it wasn't loud and needs to be done. Extremely nice room and pool

Newley built hotel, clean salt water pool, kitchen and stove inside the room, you can make easy food for yourself, the breakfast was complete, just the eggs is in one form, scrambled, other than that they included everything. Close to highway, I recommend.
