Prepare for a jaw-dropping Puget Sound view from this Kitsap County waterfront home! Looking straight across the water from your wraparound deck, you'll be treated to gorgeous sunrises each morning with your coffee and the twinkling lights of Edmonds each night. When you want to explore, the Kingston-Edmonds Ferry Terminal is slightly less than three miles south, and parks, trails, and gardens are a short drive away.

At home, you'll love spending time outside on both the main deck and the private deck upstairs off of the primary bedroom. Have an afternoon snooze in the hammock, play tetherball, explore the beach at the bottom of your personal access stairs, or launch the two provided kayaks and explore the open waters.

The view continues inside from every room, thanks to a wall of floor-to-ceiling waterfront windows. The lofted space features high ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors, and an open layout, ideal for gathering as a group. The full kitchen will keep everyone fed, and there's plenty of room at mealtime between the dining room and kitchen tables. After a day on the beach, relax at home with a board game, watch a little TV, or fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the deck. At the night's end, the bedrooms, plus extra sleeping space in the loft, await upstairs. Call it an early night - you don't want to miss that sunrise.

PLEASE NOTE: This waterfront property is down multiple flights of stairs from the parking area. There is motion-detecting lighting along the trail and stairs. Guests must climb several steep steps to access this home. There is also an easement that takes guests past the neighbor's home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Beautiful and Isolated
We enjoyed the location of this home. Quiet and serene right on the water’s edge. The views are endless. We saw Orcas and had a group of sea lions rafting right in front of the house. Few items that could have been better - bbq was not in working order and the trash was not taken out after the previous renters. The overall cleaning of the property could have been better. Also, the pots and pans should be updated. Last item. The trek into and out of the property is STEEP - 141 steps (equating to 13 flights of stairs) to be exact. The original staircase to the home has been washed out. It was not marked and we initially headed down it only to come to an abrupt end with no warning. This should be boarded up. We are thankful we brought flashlights.

This property does have stunning views of Pugent Sound! Beautiful sunrise seen from the master bedroom. The property has a very large deck to enjoy the water activity of Pugent Sound. The deck furniture should be cleaned before guests arrive. The BBQ should be replaced, as it is completely rusted thru. The housecleaning, as far as the kitchen is concerned, needs to be stepped up. We chose to eat out due to the conditions. We had a lovely meal at D'Vine Bistro and the Fast Ferry to Seattle was wonderful. The approach to the house was intimidating. The "driveway" appears to be more of a private road. The "some" steep steps, is an understatement. There is a considerably steep walk down to the property that is not for young children or those with health conditions. There are several spider webs thru the walk down thru the woods. There is an internet cable running along the floor that is unsightly and a trip hazard. I have brought my concerns to the Vacasa team. On a side note, you will be paying a booking/service fee to VRBO & Vacasa. I will not be using a Vacassa Property in the future.
