At first glance you think its going to be a bit sketchy but i had the best sleep. The mattresssm is fabulous, very quiet. No extras but clean, and the owner asked me twice if i needed anything. For the money its great.

$245 is too much for just 2 nights. It is better to go to any other hotel. My plan was including jacuzzi but there was no such thing in my room.

Overall pretty clean, however my room stank of cigarettes. Almost became unbearable. Also pillows were extremely small and only two. Stains in bathroom.

There was no way to obtain hot water for coffee until i requested a cup to heat water in the microwave which was obtained immediately. I believe it was the owner who tried his best to ensure i had all i needed and was quick to ensure i did. Thank you.

I couldnt bring myself to use their shower. It was gross. Comforter was old. Couch had lighter burns in it. Sinks clog easily. Really rundown place.

Harry who checked us in, was an incredibly nice gentleman. He was polite and friendly as well as very helpful. He even gave us ice from his own fridge. There is no ice machine at this location. The room was most certainly dated, but it was very clean.

Located in Kingston, and visiting Labor Day weekend I was worried about the noise, or traffic. Neither was a problem. The hotel is laid out well, and no outside noise made it into our room. The were vary nice and far away from traffic. We totality plan to use this hotel again.

We had wonderful experience here. The beds are ultra super soft and comfortable. The beds and room is exceptionally clean. The manager/owner is super friendly and easy to deal with. It was overall a 5 star experience.

The double queen room we reserved online was booked in person at the same time while we booked on line so they offered us a King room upon our arrival which was fine. The room looked like it had not been used in awhile, there were cobwebs, dust, and humidity in the room. The bathroom was nasty, dirty sink, toilette and floors. The service was very good and the night clerk personally came to clean the bathroom for us at 1am in the morning. The room could use an in-depth cleaning a some new curtains and linens.
