Need to improve on interaction with customer, there was no offer of upgrade, had to wait for 45 minutes, no offer of gift for a VIP customer. I've stayed at hotel over 30 times and service at front desk has deteriorated.

Overall very good towards end of stay. Some of the front desk staff was exceptional. Thanks for organizing the fruit dish for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking.

The concierge agents were really nice, helpful. I love the restaurant. The food was to die for my most important meal was the breakfast. My father and I enjoyed every moment of it. The food was the right taste smell delicious I would definitely recommend this place . The ambience is impeccable

Anytime I’m in Jamaica Kingston this is my go to . Everything is always good. The breakfast is also always on point a good start to your day . The pool is amazing however they rented it out for an entire day I think thats a lil inconsiderate for your guest who probably came there to use . Also think the bar menu can be upgraded

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One of the best and top hotels ever . My daughter and I stayed here for 7 days vacationing. The entire staff very polite, professional, and amazing. My favourite part is the cleanliness ... highly also due to the fact that no carpet is in the bedroom. The food was very healthy and well presentable . This is my go to spot whenever I am in beautiful Jamaica!!!!! Exceptional !!!!❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏
