Lorene was an excellent host, providing useful information, dood breakfast and comfortable place to stay.made our trip much more enjoyable. Great location just outside of Taupo, perfect for a night if driving through or couple of nights if adventuring Taupo.

Great B&B!
Lorene was a lovely host, we enjoyed an evening chat with her. Breakfast is really good (I especially loved super tasty cereal :-) with fresh fruits) & proper Italian coffee. Her place is just wonderful - very clean, modern and well located to enjoy the piece and quiet of Kinloch.

Home away from home
My Mum (visiting me from Taiwan) and I both felt at when we walked into the lodge. Everything we saw was pleasing, tidy and tasteful. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. It was raining hard and cold on our revival but the whole house was warm and dry. The host was friendy and easy to have conversations. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and specious.

Lovely muesli great ensuite very quiet location .the hostess has two cats. We were able to put items in her fridge and the nearby cafe Tipsy does amazing food. Recommend the lamb shanks and pork belly!
