One the night we arrived a bus with around 50 students on a field trip arrived. They ran rampant around the complex. Several calls to the front desk did nothing. I guess it was just bad timing for us.

Large and clean room with large, clean bathroom. Beds were comfy and cozy. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of choices. The staff was very frie dly abd attentive.

The food and drinks were exceptional! We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the lamb was simply exquisite! What was a turn off was how noisy some of the guests were. Understandably so it was a hotel, but the tourists and kids were not it, and some were impatient (upon check-in), a guest actually cut us off upon arrival and the receptionist did nothing about it.

The property is pretty dated, looks about 30 years old. However, our room was really clean, roomy and warm. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a lot of items to choose from. Don't bother with the restaurant for dinner, though, unless you don't have transport to take you to one of the nearby places. It's more expensive than average but small portions.

Simple updates in the rooms recently made it feel much more modern. Large property with beautiful views and grounds. We chose to eat in town where it was a little cheaper for dinner but the breakfast was one of the best we had. Included some American breakfast standards like sausage and scrambled eggs

The check in process was really easy and we appreciated that. There didn’t seem to be enough parking when people have big camper vans and oversized vehicles it was chalk to find a parking spot. Our room had a horrible sewer smell that was coming from the bathroom. The room appeared clean and was nice with the exception of the smell!
