My husband and I are excited to offer the newest addition to our vacation rental homes / properties. We are looking forward to sharing our home with families who want all the comforts of home, while making memories that will last a lifetime . Spacious home. We all loved the pool and the location was quiet. The beds are very uncomfortable though. Had a hard time sleeping.

Avoid if you can...
Price was good, but they will get you with a bunch of add ons they didn't previously communicated. After reading all the instructions (not in the original ad) you start feeling like they will for sure charge you for something ($50 for laundry, $100 to clean the bbq etc.). We noticed there would be a $100 charge if we did not put the garabge cans out on Sunday night...great, we were only staying Monday (PM check in) to Friday Am...So we checked the cans, they were full : out of good faith, we let the owners know (to ensure we're not being held responsible) - I'll avoid the whole story, but we ultimatey got told we had to put the trash out on another day or we would get charged (we only noticed this the next morning, since we were there for business and were barely at the house)...I had a 5:32am text with a screenshot of the security camera showing we had not put the trash out. Upon chekout, we had another issue and the owners just kept on going about the trash... Avoid this place. To top it off, beds were NOT comfortable. avoid.

Cheerleading Competition
The property and our stay was excellent. The pool was awesome. We were there for a Cheerleading Competition at Orange County Convention Center. The girls really enjoyed themselves in the pool after competing against some strong competitors. There was plenty of eatery close by, well as, WalMart, Publix, and gas stations. But, I do have a few suggestions: 1) Ceiling fans in the upstair bedrooms, it tends to get a little warm upstairs. 2) Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. The sun peaks through the curtains at sunrise. 3) Cable TV in all bedrooms. and 4) Heating element on the dryer needs to be adjusted, it took multiple times for clothing, towels etc to dry… Overall, we would stay again at your home if and when we are visiting Florida. Thanks again for opening your home to us!!

Winter Golf Trip
Very much enjoyed our stay! House was clean, well maintained and equipped. But the key for us was the pool and jacuzzi. It was really nice to get in a warm pool and heated jacuzzi after a round of golf in December. We've been going to FL from PA every Dec for the past 12 yrs. This was BY FAR the best pool/jacuzzi. This house is also well suited for a family; plenty of room and beds. Would definitely recommend this house!

Kissimmee house
Great spot. We had 9 of us stay here quite comfortably. The pool was great, the kids stayed in it the entire time that we weren't at the disney parks. Only 20-30 mins drive to disney parks, depending on traffic. House is in a gated community, and we felt very safe there. House owners were great to deal with and easy to contact. We would stay here again!

Perfect family house
The house was great for accommodating my family of 7. The pool and patio made an excellent addition to our travel plans. I didn't meet the host face to face but she was very responsive and friendly during communicating. The house was adequately stacked with towels and kitchen utensils. It wasn't too far from shopping and restaurants but a car is recommended. The gated community was quiet and a security was always at the gate when we came in. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and would stay again. Thank you for helping us create lasting, great memories. The Culmers

The house was spotless and well stocked. Nice distance to parks, nice pool. I had fast response from owners with questions I had. The beds and pillows in every room were extremely uncomfortable, I tried each bed. My body actually hurt when I got up. It’s really too bad considering that everything else was great.

Great Place
The house had enough room for my family and friends. The pool and spa were great and used almost daily. The communication with the owners was easy and prompt. They were very proactive in contacting me about the air conditioning not working and when it would be replaced. A few things that I would recommend is providing more pool towels (there were 7 and the house capacity is 10), more bath towels and hand towels. Also, more bowls and small plates as I think there were 4 of each. As a long-term renter (4 weeks) I did bring some of my own cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. I would note that the master suite is on the upper level of the house and not by the pool.

We have stayed in 7 different places near Orlando as a family over the years, and this place was one of our favourites! The place was clean, spacious, cozy, and well maintained. If you are looking for a place to relax in the evenings and enjoy outings during the day, I highly recommend staying here!
