The hotel is up keep, very clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly, patience to help with my check in process. Breakfast is good choices. Laundry on the ground floor is details oriented. Highly recommend

It is very convenient to the train station, Kokura Castle and especially the convention center which is why I was there. The room was quite small and the bed very firm. The breakfast room has a nice view. I would have given a higher score but for the bed.

Very nice place with a sea view in my room. It s still pretty new. The staff are very helpful and patient. Highly recommended, especially for those who like anime and manga coz a building of anime is 2min walk from the hotel.

新しく出来たホテルで綺麗でしたが風が強かったせいか風の音で眠れませんでした 2泊した朝に気付いたんですがユニットバスの換気口からの音でした。 ホテルの近くに飲食店がなく、駅まで歩いて行かないと食事が出来ませんでした。 食事してからチェックインするか 早めのチェックインをおすすめします

小倉には東横INNが3軒あり少し迷いました。駐車場はホテルに停めても800円取られます。周りに24時間マックス料金設定の駐車場がたくさんあります。チェックインは自動です。スタッフはいますがなかなか面倒でした。建物は新しく部屋も綺麗でした。アメニティブッフェになっていて、フロントから持って行くかたち。朝食無料はありがたいです。

大変快適でした。フロントのスタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、駐車場の場所を尋ねましたが、大変分かりやすく、丁寧に案内していただき、助かりました。また利用したいと思い今までお断りしていましたが、今回会員になりました。部屋も快適で清潔でしたが、湯船につかったときに、むき出しになっている配管が気になってしまいまいた。 コンビニが23時過ぎると駅まで歩く必要になるのが少し不便でした。 朝食会場が１９階で眺望が最高でした。 総合的に星５です。
