There were mice scurrying around in the walls in our King Suite which kept us awake at night. Complained to management in the morning and they said that they have a rhodent control company that does work for them which says something for the facility. He assured that he would call them. He didn't offer an apology or any discount. We will not be returning.

Wish we knew about this place sooner
We visit the Cambridge-Kitchener-Guelph area 12-15 times per year and have had our favourites. Found this Hotel on the App and have been pleasantly surprised. Quiet, great location, fabulous staff, clean and great accommodations, lots of safe parking. Only wish I knew about it sooner. It’s our new favorite Hotel when visiting the area.

Ok stay. nice room. I found it looked older and our washroom looked like it needed a reno/ new shower. It was just ok considering it was pricier then the places around the same area. Also does not have a hot tub. Breakfest was good.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites in Cambridge. The staff was really nice and accommodating. They really made us feel welcomed. Also we enjoyed the different variety of breakfast offerings. We were always excited to see what ideas the kitchen came up with for breakfast the next morning.

The staff are very friendly, efficient, and approachable. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. We did notice a cigarette type smell in the first unit we were in from the air conditioning. We asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating and we were happy with our move. We enjoyed the two event nights they had with food and refreshments.
