The place is unbelievable. It's the life experience. We loved everything there. All staff was so helpful and friendly. The dinner was absolutely amazing.

Check-in is very late and before that there’s nothing to do. Restaurant is nice and food was good. Warm space for overnight guest is poor. Breakfast was basic buffee breakfast.

Expérience unique de dormir dans un hôtel de glace par contre il ne faut pas être sensible à la lumière pour dormir. Clairement on quand même un peu froid surtout quand le sac de couchage ne ferme pas très bien mais c’est à faire une fois dans sa vie.

Die Idee vom Eishotel ist cool, aber dass es keine extra Waschbecken zum Zähneputzen und Waschen gibt, ist schon sehr sonderbar. Und, dass man keine Dinge aufs Zimmer mitnehmen darf, ist auch komisch.

tolles Erlebnis, großartige Location
Eishotel direkt im Wald und abgeschieden, je nach Wetterbedingungen kann man gut Polarlichter beobachten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, individuelle Tour und Einführung in das Hotel in hervorragender englischer Sprache. Es wird einem alles erklärt und auch bei der Restaurantwahl geholfen - das Eisrestaurant sollte man mitnehmen.
